It is based on 4W and secondary data collected from POs on their recent activities pertaining to housing sector. Further, it captures a wide range of planned, ongoing and completed activities within the HRRP framework. For additional information, please refer to the HRRP dashboard. MOUD/DLPIU Sindhupalchok is organizing coordination workshops on 10th, 17th and 24th April 2017 to accelerate the reconstruction of houses in the community at three locations—Sukute, Melamchi and Chautara--of the districts. The workshop aims at supporting to accelerate the release of subsequent tranches for housing reconstruction by defining the roles of technical and administrative staffs from the newly formed local bodies. This workshop entitled ‘Review of Promoting and Implementing Earthquake Resilience Housing Reconstruction Program’ is being supported by USAID/SABAL. 2. In order to establish smooth communication between DLPIU and field based engineers, SABAL has handed over 25 Ncell sim with data package for 3 months to DLPIU-chief during the coordination workshop at Sukute beach. The data package will be provided for 2 engineers in each municipality/rural municipality for reporting. 3. Total trained masons through POs reached to 7175 as of 10th April.
