(2) The tariff quota is not available for products intended solely for one or more of the following operations: — cleaning, gutting, tailing, heading, — cutting, — repacking of frozen IQF (individually quick frozen) fillets, — sampling, sorting, — labelling, — packing, — chilling, — freezing, — deep freezing, — glazing, — thawing, — separation. The tariff quota is not available for products intended, in addition, to undergo treatment or operations which give quota entitlement, where such treatment or operations are carried out at retail or catering level. The reduction of import duties shall apply only for products intended for human consumption. The tariff quota is, however, available for materials intended for one or more of the following operations: — dicing, — cutting into rings, cutting into strips for materials under CN codes 0307 49 59, 0307 99 11, 0307 99 17, — filleting, — production of flaps, — cutting of frozen blocks, — splitting of frozen interleaved fillet blocks, — slicing for materials under CN codes ex 0303 66 11 , 0303 66 12, 0303 66 13, 0303 66 19, 0303 89 70 , 0303 89 90. C 439/2 EN Official Journal of the European Union 6.12.2018 Non-opposition to a notified concentration (Case M.9165 — CPPIB/OTPP/IDEAL/CAGT) (Text with EEA relevance) (2018/C 439/02) On 28 November 2018, the Commission decided not to oppose the above notified concentration and to declare it compati­ ble with the internal market. This decision is based on Article 6(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1). C 439/4 EN Official Journal of the European Union 6.12.2018 COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION of 30 November 2018 on the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of an application for amendment of a specification for a name in the wine sector referred to in Article 105 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Tierra de León (PDO)) (2018/C 439/04) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 (1), and in particular Article 97(3) thereof, Whereas: (1) Spain has sent an application for amendment of the specification for the name ‘Tierra de León’ in accordance with Article 105 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013. The amendment includes the change of name from ‘Tierra de León’ to ‘León’. (2) The Commission has examined the application and concluded that the conditions laid down in Articles 93 to 96, Article 97(1), and Articles 100, 101 and 102 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 have been met. Visto el expediente relativo a la revisión de los Planes de Acción de los Mapas Estratégicos de Ruido de las carreteras de la Red Regional de Castilla y León en el que figuran los siguientes: ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO 1.º– Dando cumplimiento a la Directiva 49/2002/CE sobre evaluación y gestión de ruido ambiental, a la Ley de Ruido 37/2003, y acorde a lo dispuesto en la Disposición adicional primera de la Ley 5/2009, de 4 de junio, del Ruido de Castilla y León, la Dirección General de Carreteras e Infraestructuras de la Consejería de Fomento y Medio Ambiente elaboró el estudio correspondiente a los Mapas Estratégicos de Ruido de las carreteras de la Red regional con una IMD de más de 8.219 vehículos (que corresponden a 3.000.000 de vehículos anuales), así como el estudio de sus respectivos Planes de Acción. Por ORDEN FYM/412/2012 de 22 de mayo se aprobaron los Mapas estratégicos de Ruido de las carretas de la Red Regional de Castilla y León y a través de ORDEN FYM/619/2013, de 12 de julio fueron aprobados los Planes de Acción de los Mapas Estratégicos de Ruido.

El sistema educativo dispone de 10 centros de los cuales 3 son CRA distribuidos en las zonas de Valencia de Don Juan; 3 CP dos de ellos en Valencia de Don Juan y 1 en Sahagún; 3 IES uno en Sahagún y 1 en Valencia de D. Juan y 1 en Valderas y 1 IESO en Mansilla de las Mulas.

The French legislation categorically rules out discharge of withholding tax at the special rate (taux du prélèvement libératoire) where income is derived from investments or policies under Articles 125-0 and Article 125 A of the Code Général des Impôts (CGI) and the person liable is not resident or established in France. The Commission considers this to be incompatible with Articles 49 (ex 59) and 56 (ex 73B) of the EC Treaty. In the light of the French authorities’ reply to the letter the Commission will shortly decide whether to issue a reasoned opinion under Article 226 (ex 169) of the EC Treaty.
