IOWA CITY, IOWA HUSKERS HEAD FOR HAWKEYES The No. 7 Nebraska men’s gymnastics team will face No. 10 Iowa ILLINOIS & OKLAHOMA | 401.250 (2ND/3) in Iowa City, Iowa, on March 2 at 7 p.m. CT. The competition will FEB. 2 | LINCOLN, NEB. be the team’s third conference competition and will count towards the Big Ten standings. The Huskers have topped Iowa the last three times they’ve faced each other and after NU’s first-place finish against Minnesota and UIC on Feb. 23, the team is hungry at WINTER CUP for another win. FEB. 15 & 17 | LAS VEGAS, NEV. LAST TIME OUT The Huskers claimed three event titles and the all-around title against No. 4 Minnesota and No. 18 UIC at the Tumble N Rumble on Feb. 23. Anton Stephenson claimed event titles on vault (14.85) and UIC & MINNESOTA | 404.650 (1ST/3) pommel horse (13.35), while freshman Khalil Jackson and sophomore FEB. 23 | LINCOLN, NEB. Griffin Kehler tied for first on high bar (14.00). Evan Hymanson ® claimed the all-around title with a score of 81.00. Hymanson led the way for the Huskers, posting three career-high scores. Nebraska claimed first (404.650), Minnesota finished second at IOWA (403.600), while UIC finished third (362.600). MARCH 2 | IOWA CITY, IOWA | 7 P.M. SCOUTING THE COMPETITION No. 10 Iowa enters the competition after falling short to No. 1 Oklahoma with a team score of 397.750 on Feb. 9. Junior Andrew at OHIO STATE, WITH MINNESOTA Herrador and freshman Evan Davis placed first (78.650) and MARCH 8 | COLUMBUS, OHIO | 6 P.M. second (78.350), respectively in the all-around competition. The ® Hawkeyes bested 13 scores, including their season-high score on rings with a 66.900.
