  • One Leader at a Time
One Leader at a Time: The Failure to Educate Future Leaders for an Age of Persistent Cyber Threat Francesca Spidalieri March 26, 2013 nternet-based technologies have proliferated to such an extent over the past few decades that they are now the predominant method through which we create, process, store, and share information. Nearly 80% of Americans are connected to the Internet 1 REPORT Itoday and there were 2.4 billion users worldwide as of June 2012. The public and private sectors’ increasing reliance on cyberspace and the growing scope and sophistication of cybercrimes have resulted in what President Obama called “one of the most serious economic and national security challenges we face,” and what U.S.
