Luke attended Boise State University, graduating with high honors with a B.S. in Construction Management. During his degree program Luke interned at NASA as a project engineer. After graduation from Boise State, Luke was recruited by McCarthy Building Companies and worked on some of the firm’s highest profile projects in the Southwest United States. Luke’s training and experience at McCarthy earned him a position in The Venetian Development Department for the construction of the $4 billion dollar mega-project, “The Palazzo”. As an assistant project manager, Luke facilitated and managed the construction of projects such as Barneys New York ($39 million), Walgreens at Palazzo ($9 million) and First Food and Bar ($12 million). TIM McGARRY Tim McGarry is a lifelong Las Vegas resident. He is a 1982 graduate of UNLV, and obtained a law degree from the University of San Diego in 1985. He clerked for the Honorable Joseph Pavlikowski of the Eighth Judicial District Circuit until 1986 when he became an associate attorney with Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson, & Godfrey.
