Key Points

KOSEN We are a practical engineering education institution accepting students who are 15+ years old, have graduated from junior high school, and wish to become engineers. It is a 5 year or 7 year integrated education system.

There are 51 national kosens, three public kosens, and three private kosens in . We are a private kosen with a 55 year history.

1962 April Koichi Seko, Kindai University’s first Chancellor, created Kumano Technical College ; starting with Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering 1964 April Civil Engineering was added to the curriculum 1999 Dec.
