ABOUT THE MILLEMIGLIA PROGRAM Enrolment is free of charge and may be effected on alitalia.com or by contacting the Alitalia MILLEMIGLIA KIDS local Office. Moreover, you are also entitled to a welcome bonus* of 2,000 miles and receive your personal card directly at home**. It is so simple to get awards! EXCLUSIVE CLUBS Miles are accrued by flying with Alitalia, Air One and its Airline Partners, by using the services EARNINGS MILES of Commercial Partners adhering to the Program, or by shopping on Griffair, the on-board Alitalia boutique. ALITALIA You may redeem your miles by requesting Award Tickets to reach your favorite destinations or AIR ONE to fly in the height of comfort in Business Class. SKYTEAM Besides, you also have the chance to become a member of the Alitalia Exclusive Clubs: Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus, that represent a whole world of benefits and advantages. OTHER PARTNER AIRLINES Each Club carries further benefits: access to the Lounges, waiting list priority, extra baggage COMMERCIAL PARTNER allowance and much more. To join the Exclusive Clubs, you just have to accrue qualifying miles. GRIFFAIR The convenience of the Program is reconfirmed as miles are credited for all flights and for any BUY, GIFT AND TRANSFER MILES fare purchased. Up to 300% of the miles for higher value tickets. REDEEMING MILES * The welcome bonus is allocated whenever an operation is effected within 3 months of enrolment (a flight with Alitalia or ALITALIA its Airline Partners, or a transaction with the commercial Partners of the Program). ** Your personal card will be sent to you only after you have taken your first flight or you have used one of the services SKYTEAM offered by the Program’s Partners, and only if you have remembered to identify yourself as a MilleMiglia member, OTHER PARTNER AIRLINES indicating your personal code. RULES AD REGULATIONS MILLEMIGLIA KIDS With its MilleMiglia Kids initiative, the MilleMiglia program rewards the globetrotting urge of its youngest passengers. If you have children over 2 and under 14 years of age, you may accrue miles on your account for all flights token by your children with Alitalia. To take part in this initiative, register your child’s personal information on alitalia.com. EXCLUSIVE CLUBS If you are one of our most loyal customers, you may become a member of the Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus Exclusive Clubs, which offer special services and exclusive benefits. You just have to accrue the necessary qualifying miles between 1 January and 31 December by flying with Alitalia, Air One, one of the SkyTeam Alliance companies or by using the other Partners’ services, wherever specifically indicated. The actual miles you need are: 20,000 qualifying miles to join the Ulisse Club 50,000 qualifying miles to join the Freccia Alata Club 80,000 qualifying miles to join the Freccia Alata Plus Club Otherwise, you may join Exclusive Clubs on the strength of the number of qualifying flights* you have token in the course of the year with Alitalia, Air One or the SkyTeam Partners. The actual number required is: 30 qualifying flights to join the Ulisse Club 60 qualifying flights to join the Freccia Alata Club 90 qualifying flights to join the Freccia Alata Plus Club Those customers who, for at least 10 consecutive years, have continued to hold the most prestigious status of the Program (Freccia Alata until 2007; Freccia Alata Plus since 2008) thanks to their reaching the standard qualifying miles requirement, will be entitled to Freccia Alata Plus Club Membership “Per Sempre”, that is to say, Freccia Alata Plus membership status with no time limit and exclusive services over and above those normally contemplated by the standard Freccia Alata Plus Club. * Flights at rates which give the right to qualifying miles are considered qualifying. 2 Exclusive Club members, according to which Club they belong to, are entitled to an Exclusive Bonus each time they fly with Alitalia or the SkyTeam Alliance Partners: Ulisse Club: Exclusive Bonus of 25% extra miles Freccia Alata Club: Exclusive Bonus of 50% extra miles Freccia Alata Plus Club: Exclusive Bonus of 100% extra miles ABOUT THE MILLEMIGLIA PROGRAM The Exclusive Bonus will be awarded on all flights effected in a booking class with entitlement MILLEMIGLIA KIDS to mileage accrual (excluding any promotions) and is calculated on the miles credited for each flight in Classica - Economy Class (the maximum mileage on which the Exclusive Bonus may be EXCLUSIVE CLUBS applied is the mileage entitlement relating to the booking classes K, V and T). EARNINGS MILES Miles accrued with the Exclusive Bonus do not qualify for joining the Alitalia Exclusive Clubs. The Exclusive Bonus will be credited only when status has been confirmed in the Alitalia systems. The customers MILLEMIGLIA KIDS must therefore meet the following criteria: EXCLUSIVE CLUBS • They must have been Freccia Alata Plus members since 2008, must have reached the required threshold in qualifying miles for Freccia Alata Plus status EARNINGS MILES (80,000 qualifying miles in one calendar year), or else the threshold of qualifying flights (90 eligible routes in one calendar year, since 2010), and must have maintained ALITALIA their Freccia Alata Plus status throughout the subsequent period; • They must have reached the standard thresholds for Freccia Alata status eligibility AIR ONE for the years prior to 2008. SKYTEAM Customers who meet the initiative’s participation requirements will receive an e-mail or hard OTHER PARTNER AIRLINES copy notice from Alitalia confirming their inclusion in the Freccia Alata Plus “Per Sempre” Club. COMMERCIAL PARTNER GRIFFAIR BUY, GIFT AND TRANSFER MILES BUSINESS forYou REGULATIONS REDEEMING MILES Ulisse Club ALITALIA • Business ForYou is restricted to Ulisse Club Members. SKYTEAM • Members can take advantage of this promotion for the entire duration of their Ulisse Club memberships. OTHER PARTNER AIRLINES • Each Ulisse Club member benefits from up to 2 upgrades to Ottima - Business without additional costs or offer this opportunity to someone else. RULES AD REGULATIONS • Within the benefit’s period of validity, each Member may request to switch to Ottima-Business class for one round-trip flight or for two individual segments (legs). • In order to take advantage of this promotion, the member must be in possession of a valid ticket in booking class Y, B, M or H (for Classica - Economy tickets) for a medium-haul international flight operated by Alitalia. • This benefit may be used by the member or by someone indicated by the member (provided this person owns an Economy ticket for the classes in question). The benefit must be requested to the dedicated Customer Service in Italy or at an Alitalia office for clients residing abroad, by the owner of the Ulisse card. • The request can be submitted up to 3 days prior to your flight, and must be requested n o later than the expiry of the benefit itself.
