I am beyond excited to dine at The Goring’s new - when it opens this spring, it will be the hotel’s first in more than 108 years. Promising the city’s best and freshest seafood offerings, renowned Cornish Nathan Outlaw is bringing a more casual dining outlet to the hotel - which until now has offered guests the elegant, Michelin-starred (which will continue to operate). Jeremy Goring says, “We wanted to major on Cornish produce because of its extraordinary quality, and it just so happens that Nathan’s probably the best seafood chef in the country. Knowing Nathan he’ll do whatever it takes to ensure we produce the goods.”

British architect Russell Sage has designed a new orangery setting for the new fish restaurant, overlooking The Goring’s secluded garden and ensuring that indoor and outdoor spaces are linked throughout the seasons.

Nathan Outlaw says, “Creating a new restaurant with such an iconic British hotel is a huge highlight in my career. I can’t wait to get !” And I certainly cannot wait to partake of the very best of Cornish seafood and produce. The Goring: Introducing an Exciting New Dining Venue ​

This will be an exciting year at The Goring, thanks to an inspiring project underway that will see the addition of a fabulous new fish restaurant, to complement the Michelin-starred Dining Room. With the help of Nathan Outlaw, the new restaurant will offer simple seafood dishes of understated brilliance that showcase the best of Cornish seafood and produce. The Bar & Lounge will also be fully refurbished with a new look and feel. British designer Russell Sage will once again be working with the hotel to create a bespoke design, accentuating the impeccably English and perfectly individual feel of this unique hotel. Transformed into a bright, lively space serving classic cocktails and British spirits, the bar is set to become a destination in its own right.

Café Fiorello is the ideal spot for a delicious anytime of the day. Curtain Bluff, Antigua: A 360-Degree Dining Experience ​ “Fine dining” means a lot more than great-tasting food. At its best, it’s an experience that stirs all five senses. And at Curtain Bluff, the culinary team takes that definition to heart, offering truly great food in an exceptional setting with an atmosphere suited to every meal.

The resort’s two restaurants shift in style throughout the day. At , The Tamarind Tree is bright with morning sun, as a soft sea breeze and garden scents flow through its open walls, while in the evening, the room takes on a quiet sophistication. The tables flicker with candlelight and a constantly changing, five- offers salads, outstanding fish and meats and so many desserts that they have their own menu.
