But there were casual elements, too, like the Frosty Bar in the Higbee’s Basement Store and the Children’s Party Luncheon for 85 cents that was served on little dishes. “First you set your table from the little sideboard, then you eat – creamed chicken, mashed potatoes, fresh Continued on page 6 Page 6 - THE VILLAGER - October 1 - 7, 2009 Thanks for the Blessing of the Pets High Tea Says “Thank You!” to Memories!Memories!Memories! and Bicycles at Continued from page 5 Rae-Ann Volunteers! peas and carrots, a teeny St. Raphael Church The outstanding Rae- All the volunteers who nate their time and care at give so much to those who tiny whole loaf of bread and Blessing of the Pets and St. Francis will be given Ann assisted living, skilled The Belvedere of Westlake, butter, a pot of cool cola away. Evangelist and Faith Healer, Richard Roberts, made a special trip to Westlake last weekend where he appeared at services hosted by Church on the Rise. Since 1980, Rob- erts has ministered God’s healing power in 34 nations span- ning six continents. In his miracle healing rallies, Richard has ministered to crowds of up to 100,000 people in a single service. The son of famed evangelist Oral Roberts, Richard often has as much as fifty percent of the crowd stand for prayer to receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. Hundreds and thousands more receive healings and miracles as Richard ministers God’s Word and moves in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. At his Church on the Rise appearance, Rob- erts urged guests to pray and heal one another through the Word, which is given freely to all who believe. “We have had fantastic results after only four months!” My wife and I chose Fitness Together in December 2008 to move our fitness routine to a new level. I also needed to lower my cholesterol and blood pressure. We have had fantastic results after only four months! My total cholesterol dropped 15%, my good cholesterol increased 14% and we both lost weight. The team of trainers are dedicated to their profession, and each one brings different techniques to the workout. I highly recommend Rocky River Fitness Together. Marty U.
