The MoC has set up a three tier model for phone coverage, where the finishing of tier one and the start of tier two are under implementation. Today Kabul, Herat, Mazar-i-Sharif, Kandahar, Jalalabad, Kunduz has some access to phones, but not enough to supply the demand. Today there are concrete plans for extension to Khost, Pulekhomri, Sheberghan, Ghazni, Faizabad, Lashkergha, Taloqan, Parwan and Baglas. Beside the MoCs terrestrial network, two GSM vendors (AWCC and Roshan) have license to operate. The GoA has a radio network that reaches out to all provinces. 10 ISPs are registered. The .af domain was revitalized about a year ago, now 138 domains are registered under .af. Public Internet cafes exists in Kabul (est. 50), Mazar-i-Sharif (est. 10), Kandahar (est. 10) and Herat (est. 10), but NGOs has set up VSATs also in other cities. The MoC has plans for a fiber ring, but while the fiber ring may take some time, VSAT technology are utilized. Kabul University is likely offering the best higher education in the country. Here bachelor degrees in Computer Science are offered. Cisco has established a training centre in the same building offering a two year education in networking. -

Project In 2015, ICAWED conducted research exploring the landscape of women-owned businesses in 15 provinces of Afghanistan. Out of the 5,000 legally established businesses that were interviewed, only 20% were active. This communicates the absence of an enabling environment for businesswomen. Household behavior, limited skills, limited accesses to resources, product quality, marketing challenges, and security all hinder the success of businesswomen. -

XXXX , afghanischer Staatsangehöriger, vertreten durch die ARGE Rechtsberatung Diakonie und Volkshilfe, gegen den Bescheid des Bundesamtes für Fremdenwesen und Asyl vom 02.09.2016, Zl. Der Beschwerdeführer stellte nach seiner Einreise in Österreich am 13.03.2015 einen Antrag auf internationalen Schutz. I.2. Bei seiner Erstbefragung vor Organen des öffentlichen Sicherheitsdienstes am 14.03.2015 gab er an, er sei ledig und gehöre der Volksgruppe der Tadschiken an. Er stamme aus der Provinz Kapisa und habe vier Jahre lang die Grundschule besucht. Seine Mutter, drei Brüder und zwei Schwestern lebten noch in Afghanistan. Zu seinen Fluchtgründen gab er an, dass er auf Grund des Krieges und der instabilen Sicherheitslage geflüchtet sei. Er wolle in Sicherheit leben, eine bessere Zukunft und eine gute Bildung. Sonst habe er keine weiteren Fluchtgründe. I.3. Bei seiner Einvernahme am 13.07.2016 gab der Beschwerdeführer vor dem Bundesamt für Fremdenwesen und Asyl, Regionaldirektion Oberösterreich, Außenstelle Linz (in Folge: BFA) an, dass er der Volksgruppe der Tadschiken angehöre und sunnitischer Moslem sei. -

Der Beschwerdeführer (BF), ein afghanischer Staatsangehöriger, stellte nach schlepperunterstützt unberechtigter Einreise am XXXX .05.2016 gegenständlichen Antrag auf internationalen Schutz. Bei der Erstbefragung am Tag der Antragstellung durch ein Organ des öffentlichen Sicherheitsdienstes selben Tag gab der BF an, er sei im Iran geboren und habe in XXXX sowie im Iran vier Klassen der Grundschule besucht. Seine Eltern sowie seine beiden Brüder und seine Schwester würden nach wie vor im Herkunftsstaat leben. In Österreich seien keine Angehörigen des BF aufhältig. Zu seinem Fluchtgrund führte der BF aus, dass sein Leben in Afghanistan aufgrund der instabilen Sicherheitslage in Gefahr gewesen sei. Bei einer Rückkehr hätte der BF Angst um sein Leben. 2. Nach Zulassung seines Verfahrens erfolgte am 12.01.2018 eine niederschriftliche Einvernahme des BF vor dem Bundesamt für Fremdenwesen und Asyl. Der BF gab eingangs an, dass er gesund sei und keine Medikamente einnehme. Er wolle berichtigen, dass er das Heimatland nicht alleine, sondern mit seiner Familie verlassen habe. -
