Atkins General Manager IBM Global Business Partners IBM Corporation Donn B. Atkins is General Manager, IBM Global Business Partners. Mr. Atkins served in the IBM Software Group as Vice President, Competitive Marketing and as Vice President, Worldwide Sales Operations. In IBM’s Personal Software Products division Mr. Atkins held the post of Vice President, Marketing, and then, General Man- ager, with worldwide responsibility for the $250M division. Mr. Atkins assumed the role of General Manager, Software Sales, North Ameri- ca, before taking on the position as General Manager, Latin America, with responsibility for all IBM operations in the region. Mr. Atkins was most recently Vice President, Worldwide Software Sales, before being appointed to his current role in July 2004. Doug Elix Senior Vice President & Group Executive IBM Sales and Distribution IBM Corporation Doug Elix is senior vice president and group executive for IBM’s worldwide sales and distribution operations, including revenue, profit and customer satisfaction in the 170 countries where IBM does busi- ness. He leads IBM’s direct sales force, Business Partners and ibm. com channels, which account for worldwide sales of all IBM products and services of some $80 billion dollars. Mr. Elix was named to his present position in May 2004 after serving as senior vice president and group executive for IBM Global Services beginning in October 1999. Lautenbach General Manager Global Small and Medium Business IBM Corporation Marc Lautenbach was named to the position of General Manager, Global Small and Medium Business in November 2000. The Global SMB organization is responsible for sales and marketing to IBM’s small and medium-sized companies worldwide, including new and emerging customer segments such those in Life Science industries; new and emerging geography segments such as those in Central Europe and China; and new and emerging technology segments such as digital media, Linux and wireless.
