Parents of students in Grades 2-5, please review your child’s grades on “Gradebook Parent Viewer”. STEM Night at Robert Morris College: Student and Family Registration: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/elementary-school-family-stem-night-tickets-21232312418 A Parent meeting has been scheduled to discuss the “Superintendent Search” with Mr. Templeton, the search consultant from Templeton Advantage. Please see the attached flyer. From the Counselor: We are looking for a volunteer to present the Junior Achievement curriculum to the students during Junior Achievement Day (JA Day) on Friday, March 18. Junior Achievement kits will be available for pickup on Friday, March 4 and a brief training will also take place on that day from 8:30-9:15 OR 2:15-3:00 to go over the logistics of what Junior Achievement is all about, what the day looks like, etc.! Please see the attachment for the classrooms that still need volunteers for this great day! The Hampton Township School District Parent-Teacher Organizations are hosting a Focus Group for parents and residents of the Hampton Township Community as part of the ongoing search for the District’s next Superintendent. WHEN: Tuesday, March 1, 2016 TIME: 1 to 3 p.m. WHERE: Hampton High School, LGI Room FORMAT: Mr. Tom Templeton, the search consultant from Templeton Advantage, will be pres- ent to lead discussion and encourage community feedback from participants. Discussion will be centered around the District’s strengths and challenges, as well as the qualities and skills desired in the District’s next leader. **Light refreshments will be provided by The Perfect Pastry Bakery. ** Superintendent Search Updates can be found on the District website at www.ht-sd.org. Please bring all donations to the Hampton High School on Friday night, March 11 from 3-8. We kindly ask that all donations be in fair-good condition. We do not want anything that is broken. (We don’t want this to be your “dump zone” please.) The Band appreciates your donations. We are not accepting the following items: clothing large appliances (stove, refrig, washer, dryer…) large furniture old televisions weapons (any kind) textbooks food anything requiring $$ for disposal environmental waste (paint, thinner, oil, etc..) Dear Families, Beginning this month, Central Elementary will once again have the opportunity to earn rewards by participating in Giant Eagle’s Apples for the Students program. This past school year, Central used its points to purchase 3 Maxi nets, 1 Swing‐n‐Hop, 1 set of speed ropes, 2 pencil sharpeners, a flash drive.
