Subtitle Indonesia Film District 13 Ultimatum Subtitle indonesia film district 13 ultimatum Continue Download dan Nonton film District 13: Ultimatum (2009) subindo IMdB Death of Taha Bemamud, who became ruler in a slum area called District 13, failed to make this area slum safe. Empty power has left five ethnic groups vying for the seat of power left by Taha. The French government does not consider this area of slums useful and plans to destroy the region if its inhabitants do not want to comply with the laws, by virtue in France. This means that some citizens who have never acted have broken the law and have been forced to live there only because the situation should have been an innocent victim. Now the hopes of all the residents of the county depend on Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle). It was these two people who managed to overthrow the power of Taha Amaud in the district three years ago. Unfortunately, there was interference from others who tried to take advantage of the destruction of Area 13. If Damien and Leito failed to convince the five officials of the five ethnic groups in the region, then these slums should unite, then there is no hope for the area. Around 1995, a sport called parkour appeared, although at that time this extreme sport was still in development. This sport for a short time managed to reach many fans and was the intervention of Luc Besson, who then brought the sport to the world through the film YAMAKASI distributed around 2001.download dan nonton film District 13: Ultimatum (2009) Subindo As if dissatisfied Yamakasi Luc Besson then initiated DISTRICT 13, which then went on to be ULTIMATUM in the 13th DISTRICT. Overall, YAMAKASY, DISTRICT 13 and DISTRICT 13 ULTIMATUM are not really too different. All three tried to popularize parkour at the world level. On the story, these three films don't really offer too much, and you could say that there are only a number of scenes to gather. Can't be blamed because the mission of the film is really to demonstrate the ability of parkour athletes to explore the city and go through various obstacles with amazing techniques. Although this may not be realized, but there is an impression that this film is another form of The Jackie Chan film, which also relies on the ability of the game, which sometimes seems impossible. Just like Jackie Chan's films, stories and dialogues don't really matter. What's important is the amazing action scene. download dan nonton film District 13: Ultimatum (2009) subindo Three years after the events of the original film, the authorities are trying to restore law and order in the ravaged District 13. However, their efforts have so far failed. The death of gang lord Taha Ben Mahmood has left a power vacuum, and full control of the area is now being fought for by five rival territorial gangs lords who want to enter the Tah's position. Leito is trying to tear down the walls, on a daily basis, but said to stop the African gang Of Mr. Molko, who sees the walls as protection from outside the area. After Damien single-handedly eliminated a major drug dealer, he was framed for drug trafficking and arrested, but he manages to make a brief call to Leito to come to save him. Meanwhile, corrupt government agents from the Department of Homeland Security (DISS), led by Walter Gassman, seek to destroy five tower blocks in the center of District 13 with tactical bombing accuracy, and build luxury apartments once the area is cleared. To ignite the conflict with the district's gangs, DISS shot two police officers, abandoned their car in Area 13 and forced several gang members to shoot the car, pretending that gang members had killed the police officers. Footage of the incident urges the French president to go on strike. However, DISS witnessed the killing of police officers and filmed a teenager named Samir and his friends. DISS agents soon arrive after the teen arrested him, but Samir manages to give his memory card to Leito before being arrested. Leito himself was arrested to go to prison. He then escapes from the police and rescues Damien. After Damien's release from his cell, they discuss events (the conclusion that Damien was a diss setup to keep him from figuring out his plans during the crisis) and further plans, deciding to gather enough evidence to expose DISS agents. While Damien distracts the guards, Leito breaks into Gassman's office to steal his hard drive for the evidence they need. As soon as they escape and return to the 13th arrondissement, Damien and Leito convince the five ringleaders of the Tao, Molko, Little Montana, Carl Skinhead, and Ali-K gang to prevent the destruction of the area. While the president is grappling with the decision to destroy District 13, even with the area evacuated, a large number of gang members are storming the French parliament. Eventually they reach the president and show him the information they have acquired, proving that Gasman is a corrupt DISS agent. Gassman then takes the president hostage and tries to get him to approve the mass demolition. Leito, Damien, and the gang leaders manage to free the president and disable Gassman, earning the president's gratitude and a promise to fund the rebuilding of County 13. As the conflict ended and District 13 was completely evacuated, the gang lords decided that it would be better to rebuild District 13 again rather than try to patch up its remnants. The film ends with the president sanctioning the strike, the district's 13 buildings exploding and the president breathing a sigh of relief, saying he needs a drink. On the credits, there is a short clip showing the president, the gang of Lords, Damien and Leshto all joking and smoking cigars together. • CHARTA Charta Parkourone
ParkourONE CHARTA Charta ParkourONE Preface The following Charta is addressed to all interested in Parkour, ParkourONE, the community and our work. It is a business card to make the ParkourONE community graspable for outsiders, convey contents, as well as unveil our opinions, intentions and structures for the purpose of transparency. We do not regard this Charta a corset in which we are wedged, however as a self-imposed standard to be compared with. Purpose of the Charta is to describe and illuminate the following areas: The history of Parkour is pivotal for the ParkourONE community. We want to narrate our know- ledge about the history of the origin of our art and how we experienced it or interpret it. We affiliate our understanding of Parkour and its associated values directly to David Belle and have great respect for the pioneers of the ADD-culture. Thus, we perceive ourselves as bearer of a spe- cific idea; Parkour cannot be redefined randomly but rather has its own (even conceptual) history. We distinctly declare: David Belle is a living person; as such he and his perception, likewise, will change. We follow David‘s original idea, however, not him as a „Guru“, leader or the like. In other words, even if David Belle would fundamentally modify his understanding of Parkour, our idea of it would basically remain unimpaired - we follow our own path, it is precisely this which we regard an important piece of the initial conception of Parkour. The next chapter recounts the structures of the ParkourONE community, the ParkourONE Com- pany and our own history of genesis.

  • Kort Introduktion Til Parkour Og Freerunning

  • The Phenomenological Aesthetics of the French Action Film
Les Sensations fortes: The phenomenological aesthetics of the French action film DISSERTATION Presented in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree Doctor of Philosophy in the Graduate School of The Ohio State University By Matthew Alexander Roesch Graduate Program in French and Italian The Ohio State University 2017 Dissertation Committee: Margaret Flinn, Advisor Patrick Bray Dana Renga Copyrighted by Matthew Alexander Roesch 2017 Abstract This dissertation treats les sensations fortes, or “thrills”, that can be accessed through the experience of viewing a French action film. Throughout the last few decades, French cinema has produced an increasing number of “genre” films, a trend that is remarked by the appearance of more generic variety and the increased labeling of these films – as generic variety – in France. Regardless of the critical or even public support for these projects, these films engage in a spectatorial experience that is unique to the action genre. But how do these films accomplish their experiential phenomenology? Starting with the appearance of Luc Besson in the 1980s, and following with the increased hybrid mixing of the genre with other popular genres, as well as the recurrence of sequels in the 2000s and 2010s, action films portray a growing emphasis on the importance of the film experience and its relation to everyday life. Rather than being direct copies of Hollywood or Hong Kong action cinema, French films are uniquely sensational based on their spectacular visuals, their narrative tendencies, and their presentation of the corporeal form. Relying on a phenomenological examination of the action film filtered through the philosophical texts of Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Paul Ricoeur, Mikel Dufrenne, and Jean- Luc Marion, in this dissertation I show that French action cinema is pre-eminently concerned with the thrill that comes from the experience, and less concerned with a ii political or ideological commentary on the state of French culture or cinema.

  • 8. Body-Space-Relation in Parkour: Street Practices and Visual Representations
    8. Body-Space-Relation in Parkour : Street Practices and Visual Representations Ines Braune Abstract Parkour today is a global subcultural scene that combines street with media practices. Parkour consists of a local moment, fundamentally concerned with the materiality of the street, and simultaneously of a global digital discourse, which involves millions of parkour actors. While the spatial knowledge requires a very close knowledge and tactile contact of the surface’s nature of space, the media representations seem to reflect an opposite image, namely the detachedness of space. In this chapter, I will address the question of space-making and spatial practices in Morocco and the relation to parkour’s visual representations. Keywords: Morocco, parkour, body, street Today, parkour is a global cultural scene that combines the street with media practices. In that sense, parkour consists of a local moment, fundamentally concerned with the materiality of the street, and simultaneously of a global digital discourse involving millions of parkour actors, called traceurs, negotiat- ing and re-evaluating their navigation through both physical and digital space. The first and often only contact with parkour, from the point of view of non-practitioners, frequently comes through its visual representations. Spectacular images and videos depict the weightlessness of the body and its detachment from space. Scholars have also weighed in here, analysing the relationship between the body and public space – that is, the interaction and engagement between body and space – while also evaluating parkour as an online culture, assessing the relevance of (digital) media practices within parkour and other youth and sport cultures such as skateboarding (Borden 2001; Buckingham 2009) and surfing (Booth 1996; 2001).

His readiness to offer an alternative perspective has provided me with many opportunities to grow as a critical thinker, researcher, and as a person. I am grateful to Prof Devon Polaschek, Dr Clare-Ann Fortune, and all members of their lab for encouraging me to pursue an innovative research project, as well as for providing inspiration, insights and connections to other specialist research areas in offender rehabilitation. The German Academic Exchange Service deserves special mention for the financial support that allowed me to take up my dream course of study in the country that is farthest away from my home. Finally, I would like to thank Damien Puddle and Martini Miller for lively discussions, valuable feedback, and sharing the passion regarding research, parkour/freerunning, as well as youth development. iv v Abstract Parkour/freerunning is a training method for overcoming physical and mental obstacles, and has been proposed as a unique tool to engage youth in healthy leisure activities (e.g., Gilchrist & Wheaton, 2011). Although practitioners have started to utilise parkour/freerunning in programmes for youth at risk of antisocial behaviour, this claim is insufficiently grounded in theory and research to date.

  • The Contemporary Sublime and the Culture of Extremes: Parkour and Finding the Freedom of the City
Amanda du Preez the contemporary sublime and the culture of extremes: parkour and finding the freedom of the city BIOGRAPHY Amanda du Preez completed her Doctoral studies at the University of South Africa in 2002 with the title Gendered Bodies and New Technologies. The thesis has one founding premise, namely that embodiment constitutes a non-negotiable prerequisite for human life. Over the past 15 years she has lectured at the University of Pretoria, University of South Africa, the Pretoria Technikon, and the Open Window Art Academy, on subjects ranging from Art History, Visual Communication, and Art Therapy to Open and Distance Learning. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria, in the Department of Visual Arts, and teaches Visual Culture and Art History. In 2005 she co-authored South African Visual Culture with J. van Eeden (Van Schaik: Pretoria). The following publications are forthcoming: Gendered Bodies and New Technologies: Re-thinking Embodiment in a Cyber Era (Unisa Press) and Taking a Hard Look: Gender and Visual Culture (Cambridge Scholars Press). Her field of expertise includes gender and feminist theories, virtual and cyber culture, bio-politics, new technologies, and film and 16 visual culture. → The aim is to explore and probe the possible ways in which the discourse of the sublime, as a modern aesthetic category, has mutated and morphed into the postmodern contemporary visual culture of extremes - extreme sports, extreme adventures, and extreme entertainment. The extreme activity of Le Parkour or obstacle-coursing, described by David Belle, its ‘founder’, as finding new and often dangerous ways through the city landscape – scaling walls, roof-running and leaping from building - to building, is identified as an interesting prospect for teasing out the postmodern contemporary visual culture of extremes.
