No UC is due for rendition. 4. The grant should be utilized for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned and should not be diverted for any other activities. 5. As per Rule 236(l) of GFR-2017 ,the accounts of the Organizations shall be open to inspection by the sanctioning authority and audit, both by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India under the provision of CAG(DPC) Act 1971 and Internal audit by the Principal Accounts Office of the Ministry or Department, whenever the Institution or Organization is called upon to do so. 6. The expenditure is debitable to the Major Head 3601 Grants in aid to State Governments, 06- Grants for Centrally Sponsored Scheme (Sub Major Head), 796-Tibal Area Sub Plan (Minor Head)- 34 - Umbrella Programme for Development of Scheduled Tribes: Support to Tribal Institution, 02- Support to Tribal Research Institutes, 34.02.35 - Grants for creation of capital assets (Charged) Under Demand No. 96 of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs for the year 2018-19. t 7. The financial assistance sanctioned is provisional subject to final adjustment on the basis of audit figures of expenditure. 8. The sanction is issued in concurrence with the Integrated Finance Division, Ministry of Tribal Affairs vide their FTS No. 1 2 1 96/JS&FA/20 1 8 dated .25.06.2018. 9.
