In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21(1) (b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, I Anjani Kumar, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for the information of general public, that, In order to facilitate proper control and regulation of traffic in connection with the Festival celebrations at Mahankali Temple, , Hyderabad the following traffic restrictions are imposed on 28-07-2019 and 29-07-2019 as follows.

 Traffic Diversions on 28-07-2019 from 10.00am to 04.00pm:

1. All District buses coming from Uppal towards Amberpet will be diverted at Uppal x road via - – – Vidya Nagar – Fever Hospital – A.Y. Mandali – Tourist Hotel Jn – Nimboliadda – & C.B.S. the return route will be vice-versa.

2. The general traffic & City buses coming from Uppal to Amberpet will be diverted at Gandhi Statue towards C.P.L. Amberpet – Saldhana Gate – Amberpet “T” Junction – Road No. 6 or Ali Café and the return route will be vice-versa.

 Traffic Diversions on 29-07-2019 from 03.00pm to 03.00am:

1. The City & District buses coming from Uppal towards Amberpet will be diverted at Uppal ‘X’ roads towards Tarnaka - left turn - Adikmet, , Nimboliadda.

2. The City, District buses & other heavy vehicles coming from Dilsuknagar towards Amberpet will be diverted at Ali Café towards Zinda Tilismath Road – Road No.6 – Tilak Nagar or Nimboliadda.

3. The City, District buses & other heavy vehicles coming from Nimboliadda towards Amberpet will be diverted at Nimboliadda towards Tourist Hotel, Fever Hospital, Vidya Nagar, Adikmet, Flyover, O.U & Tarnaka.

4. The general traffic coming from Uppal towards Amberpet will be diverted at Royal Juice Corner – Mallikarjuna Nagar - D.D. Colony – Syndicate Bank.

5. The general traffic coming from Nimboliadda / towards Amberpet will be diverted at Road No. 6, Amberpet towards Shivam Road or Zindatilismath Road.

The vehicular traffic and Public are requested to co-operate with the Traffic Police, and select the alternative roads on the above mention date and time to reach their destinations without any hindrance.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21 (1) (b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, I, Anjani Kumar, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for the information of general public, that, in order to facilitate proper control and regulation of traffic in connection with the Bonalu Processions, the following restrictions are imposed in the limits of following Traffic Police Stations , Mirchowk, Falaknuma and Bahadurpura areas of the Old City of Hyderabad on 29.07.2019 from 12 noon to 23.00 Hrs.

1. The Traffic coming from Chandrayangutta, Falaknuma will not be allowed towards Aliyabad, and it will be diverted at new Shamsheergunj "T" junction towards – Goshala, Tadban or Goshala Misri Gunj, Khilwath.

2. The Traffic coming from Rajanna Bowli towards Lal Darwaza temple will be diverted at Pather- ki-Darga lane towards Ramaswamy gunj.

3. The Traffic coming from Kandikalgate will not be allowed towards Lal Darwaza Temple road and it will be diverted at Old Chatrinaka PS "Y" junction towards Gowlipura.

4. The Traffic coming from Balagunj will not be permitted towards Lal Darwaza Temple and it will be diverted at Laxhmi Devi Pan shop towards Nehru Statue Nagulchinta Junction.

5. The Traffic coming from and Chatrinaka side via. Gowlipura will not be allowed towards Mohammed Shukoor mosque, and it will be diverted at Balraj Jewelers point Gowlipura X roads towards Police Station.

6. The Traffic coming from Meer-ka-Daira and Moghalpura will not be allowed towards Hari Bowli “X” Roads and it will be diverted towards Moghalpura Water Tank area.

7. The Traffic coming towards Charminar main road from Asra Hospital side & Moghalpura Water Tank will not be allowed & will be diverted towards Bibi Bazar.

8. The Traffic coming from Bhavani Nagar and Mirjumla Talab will not be allowed towards Charminar and will be diverted at Bibi Bazar X Roads towards Alijah Kotla (Miralam Mandi road).

9. The Traffic coming from Alijha Kotla / Moghalpura areas towards Charminar via Sardar Mahal road will be diverted at Chowk Maidan Khan towards Hafiz Danka Masque / Arman Hotel via Sri Gayatri Collage and Alijha Kotla.

10. The Traffic coming from will not be allowed towards Gulzar House and it will be diverted at Etabar chowk towards Mir Alam Mandi and Alijha Kotla road.

11. The Traffic coming from towards Tipu Khana Masjid via Chatta Bazar will be diverted at Lakkad Kote ”X” -Roads towards APAT Junctions or Dar-ul-Shifa.

12. The Traffic coming from Chadrghat / / S.J rotary / Shivaji Bridge will not be allowed towards Salarjung Museum road and it will be diverted at S.J Rotary towards Purani Haveli road, Shivaji Bridge and Chadarghat.

13. The Traffic coming from Fateh Darwaza will not be allowed towards Himmatpura X Roads/ Rajesh Medical Hall and it will be diverted at Volga Hotel “T” Junction towards Khilwath road.

14. The Traffic coming from Khilwath road or Moosabowli road will not be allowed towards Laad Bazar and it will be diverted at Motigalli "T" junction towards Khilwat Play ground or Moosa Bowli.

15. The Traffic coming from Bandi ke adda and Ghansi will not be allowed towards Gulzar House and it will be diverted at Mitte-Ke-Sher (Sher-E-Batul Kaman) towards Ghansi Bazar and Chelapura.

16. The Traffic coming from Puranapul, Good will Hotel and Moosabowli will not be allowed towards Nayapool via, High court Gate No-1 along the and it will be diverted at Muslimjung Bridge towards– Bhoolaxmi Temple- Begum Bazar- Chatri.

17. The Traffic coming from Gowliguda and Siddiamber Bazar towards Nayapool will be diverted at Afzalgunj towards Muslimjung Bridge via back side road along the Musi River or Shivaji Bridge.

18. The Main road between Madina X -Roads to Engine Bowli, Via Gulzar House – Charminar monuments, Charminar Bus terminal, Himmatpura, Nagulchinta, Aliabad will be closed for all types of vehicular movement till the conclusion of Bonalu processions.

PARKING PLACES PROVIDED AT THE FOLLOWING PLACES:

1. Devotees coming from Aliabad side shall park their vehicles at opposite to Post office, Shalibanda in single line & Alka Theatre open place.

2. Devotees coming from Hari Bowli side shall park their vehicles at Vaidik Dharma Prakashik School Ground and at Arya Maidan, opp Sudha Theater lane.

3. Devotees coming from Old P.S Chatrinaka side shall park their vehicles in the premises of Sri Venkateswaa Temple, Laxmi Nagar and near Pattar ki darga.

4. Devotees coming from Gowlipura side shall park their vehicles in the premises of Mithra Club Ground, Gowlipura & Balagunj Ground.

The TS & APSRTC buses will not be allowed towards Charminar, Falaknuma and Nayapool side and it will be terminate at old CBS, Afzalgunj, Darulshifa X Roads and Engine Bowli and will take alternate routes open to them.

The commuters and the general public are requested to avoid the above routes and take alternative routes on the above mention date and time to reach their destinations without any hindrance and co-operate with the Traffic Police.

Sri. Anjani Kumar IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad city today appreciated and rewarded the I.Os, Court duty officers and prosecuting officers those who have done good work in getting convictions in major cases in their respective zones of Hyd City for the months of May and June 2019, at O/o. Commissioner of Police, , Hyderabad city which was also attended by Sri. Avinash Mohanty IPS, Jt. CP, DD, Hyderabad City.

One of the important cases involved Sri. S. Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police, PS as IO, Sri K. Pratap Reddy, Addl. PP 1st AMSJ Court as the trial PP and CDO Sri. K. Kumara Swamy, PC 8621 in getting Life conviction in Cr. No. 549/2015 U/S 376 (2)(i)(l)(n), 342 and 506 IPC and Sec. 5(k)(l) r/w 6 of POCSO Act of P.S. Jubilee Hills.

The Gist of the above Life conviction case: In the month of August, 2015 the accused Chekuri Vishnu Murthy Raju raped one minor victim girl who was mentally unsound and hearing impaired. The victim girl was speech and hearing impaired and so her evidence was recorded with the help of sign language interpreter. The victim girl expressed by sign language that the accused hold her hands, touched her private parts and penetrated into her private parts and she identified the crime vehicle auto in which the accused took her and committed the offence. In this case the accused was convicted for Life Imprisonment and a fine amount of Rs. 2000/-.

The Gist of (5) years conviction case : In the year 2014 one Attempt to Murder case was reported at Afzalgunj PS vide Cr. No. 470/2014 U/S 307 r/w 34 IPC and 506 IPC. Wherein the accused persons Akash who was a rowdy sheeter and two others attacked with knives, the complainant Sri. Shubham Yadav, as the complainant informed/gave clues to the Police that, the accused Akash committed Rape case of Shahinayathgunj PS. He attacked the complainant after release on bail.

NABBED ONE HABITUATED FRADUSTER, WHO CHEATED AND EXTORTED MONEY FROM SUB REGISTRAR’S BY IMPERSONATING HIM AS CMO OFFICE EMPLOYEE

On 27-07-2019, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone Team on credible information nabbed one habitual fraudster by name Rayabandi Surya Prakash Chary @ Suri Babu @ RSP Chary @ Surya Prakash. The accused himself poses as a employee in CMO office, Telangana Secretariat by using different names & inform the Sub Registrar’s and other Government officials and owners of private companies of Telangana over phone and demand for the financial help to organize journalist conferences, Telangana Martyrs Day at various places of Telangana & cheated the Sub Registrar’s and others persons.

Details of the accused:-

Rayabandi Surya Prakash S/o. R. S. Bhaskar Chary, age 40 years, Occ. Real Estate Business, R/o. ----, Uppal, R.R. District. N/o ------, R.R.Dist.

Brief History of accused:-

The accused Rayabandi Surya Prakash Chary, aged about 40 years is native of Kuntloor village, Mandal, R.R.Dist. Presently residing at Kalayanapuri Coloni, Uppal. Occ. Real Estate Business. He is a habitual cheater and 11 cheating cases registered against him in Telangana State. To gain easy money since 2009 the accused had cheated many Government officials especially Sub Registrars and owners of private companies by introducing himself as CMO office employee and demand financial help to organize meetings related to Telangana Martyrs etc., at various places of Telangana and cheated huge amount from several Government & Private officials. He was arrested by 1). Hayathnagar PS, 2). PS 3). Chaitanyapuri PS, 4). Meerpet PS, 5). PS 6). CCS, DD, Hyderabad 7). PS’s of Hyderabad, Cyberabad & Rachakonda Commissionerate’s In the month of June and July the accused Rayabandi Surya Prakash Chary called the complainants, Sub Registrar & in charge Sub Registrars’ of Siddipet, Telangana State, stating that he is calling from CMO office, Telangana Secretariat and introduce himself as RSP Chary and demanded them for financial help to organize Annadana Karyakramam for Telangana Porata Yodula program and he made them ought to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- and shared his Andhra Bank account no. to them and asked them to transfer the amount immediately. He also threatened them that if they didn’t yield to give money, he will transfer them from their present posting to remote areas of Telangana and see that how they will do their job in their existing place of posting.

Immediately they deposited an amount of Rs. 55,000/- to the account of accused. Later they enquired about RSP Chary at CMO office and came to know that there is no such employee working at CMO office as such they also enquired with other Sub Registrars and came to know that he as cheated them and also some of their colleagues. They lodged compliant against the cheater and registered two FIRs against him at Siddipet I town Police Station.

The accused collect the contact numbers of the Government Officials & Owners of Private companies from JUST DAIL service and call them and cheat them in the same manner.

Based on the complaint of Sub Registrar & in charge Sub Registrars’ of Siddipet, the Siddipet I Town Police registered two cases vide Cr. No.243,244/2019 U/s. 384, 420 IPC against the accused Rayabandi Surya Prakash Chary @ Suri Babu @ RSP Chary @ Prakash. ARREST:- On tip off, the Commissioner’s Task Force Central Zone team apprehended the accused and handed over to Siddipet I Town PS for further investigation

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri. P. Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri Sayini Srinivasa Rao, Inspector of Police, Central Zone Team Task Force and SI Sri K. Srinivasulu along with the staff of Central Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
