09.00 - 10.30 Introduction of Topic II New issues for the Third Jean Monnet Dialogue (the following list prioritises in order of the most cited by factions/groups in the preparatory consultations, to be addressed sequentially with outstanding issues taken up at future dialogues):
• Conciliatory meetings and the media (recommendation No 11)
• Lower the minimum quorum required for holding Committee meetings (recommendation No 8, 9, 16, 17, 18)
• Managing large volumes of amendments whilst respecting parliamentary procedures and developing compromises (incl. learning from EP and other parliamentary best practices) (recommendation No 1)
• Draft Law on Temporary Investigative Commissions shall be introduced
• Positions of parliamentary factions shall be coordinated in advance of plenary voting (recommendation No 46)
