1. The Business Administration Department at a Glance

The Business Administration Department of the University of is a dynamic department that specialises producing managers with a high level of training, innovative thinking, and business intelligence.

The purpose of the Department is the provision of general and specialized knowledge and the development of the necessary skills and competences in the field of Business Administration Science and related sciences that will lead to the emergence of competent executives that can successfully meet the Challenges of Modern Enterprises and Organizations.

The Business Administration Department emerged from the merge of the Business Administration Dept. and, Marketing Dept. of the Technological Educational Institute of and the Business Administration Dept. of the University of Applied Sciences.

The Business Administration Department operates in the Ancient Olive Grove Campus, in the area of Ancient Olive Grove (Eleonas), where the famous "Walking School" of the Philosopher Plato was established. During the 11th century AD, the Church of Agios Ioannis was built; during the difficult years that followed the fall of Constantinople it was the foundation of the “Hidden School”.

2. Curriculum at a Glance

The Department holds a 4-year Undergraduate Graduate Program that provides its graduates with the ability to acquire specialized scientific knowledge, skills and competencies of the various operations of a business is offered. For graduation, students must successfully complete a number of courses. The Curriculum includes compulsory core courses and streams - free election courses. During the first four semesters, compulsory core courses are taught, which introduce students to the key concepts and fundamentals of Management Science. From the 5th semester the student will choose the streams - free election courses. At the beginning of that semester, students select the stream in which they specialize and thus obtain in-depth knowledge and experience. Currently, the Business Administration Department offers the streams of:

After the completion of their studies our graduates will be able to:

3. Professors

Dr. Gabriel Amitsis (PhD. in social security law, MA in European Studies and BA in Law), is an international lawyer and Professor of Social Security Law in the Department of Business Administration (Social Policy Unit) and Director of the Social Administration Research Lab (https://sarl.uniwa.gr) at the University of West Attica (Athens). He is currently the representative of the University of West Attica in HOUSING EUROPE – The European Federation of Public, Cooperative and Social Housing (www.housingeurope.eu), acting as Vice-Chair of the Working Group for Housing Systems in Transition (http://www.housingeurope.eu/section- 121/housing-systems-in-transition)the Coordinator of the Greek Chapter of the Academics Stand Against Poverty Network (academicsstand.org), and a senior member of the European Network for Research on Supplementary Pensions (https://enrsp.org). His main research interests focus on the regulation of social security, anti-poverty, employment, social entrepreneurship and migration policies. He is author and co-author of twenty books and has published in international edited books and journals, while he is the chief editor of the book series “The reform of the Social State”, published since 2016 by the leading Greek publisher PAPAZISIS. His best-selling monograph “The commitment to active inclusion of vulnerable groups – Lessons from Social Europe” (in Greek) was published in 2014 by PAPAZISIS with a foreword from Laszlo Andor, former EU Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion. Dr. Spyridon Binioris is Professor of Business Administration at the University of West Attica of Athens in . He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Athens University of Economics and Business in 1978, his M.B.A. degree from "St John's University of New York" in 1981 and his Ph.D. in Management from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Health Sciences, Social Medicine in 1998. His research interests are focused on the scientific fields: Business Administration, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management and Health Services Management. He worked for 27 years at the “St Savas" Anticancer Hospital of Athens, as manager for 17 years. He worked at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens since 1986 as Research Associate (1986-2002), Assistant Professor (2002-07), Associate Professor (2007-10) and Professor of Business Management (2010-2017). He was the Director of the Supply Chain Management Research Laboratory.

He was Professor at the Greek Military Academy for 3 years. He is Professor of Business Management in the University of West Attica, Dept of Business Administration (Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences) since 2018. He is the Director of the MSc Program "Port Management" of the Department of Business Administration. He is also academic coordinator teaching several courses in different postgraduate programs such as the course "Strategic Planning" in the "Business Administration MBA" and the MSc “Port Management” of the University of West Attica. He is the author or co-author of over 60 publications in scientific journals and conferences with a large number of references and has authored four educational books on his research interests.

Dr. John D. Bouris is a professor in Business Management at University of West Attica. - School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences- dept. of Business Administration. He started his professional career in 1982 and he has working experience in various public and private industries as a senior executive officer. He received his B.B.A. in 1977 from Economic University of Athens (ASOEE), an M.B.A. (with Beta Gamma Sigma honor) in 1980 from University of San Francisco California, USA (recognized by DOATAP), and 3) a Ph.D. (Administrative Science) in 1992 from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens with highest grade. His research focuses on Management, Managing Human Resources, New Public Management, Project Management. He has published articles, lectured, and consulted in these topics with an emphasis on Administrative science. Google Scholar.

Dr. Apostolos Giovanis (PhD in Marketing Science, Technical University of Crete, Greece) is Professor in Marketing Management of Technological Products and Services at the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica, GR and he currently serves as head of the Department. His research interests are primarily in the areas of marketing of technology-mediated services, services marketing, branding, brand relationships management and new product/service management. He has published a number of referred conference papers and his work appeared in scientific journals such as Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Brand Management, Service Theory and Practice, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management and Technological Forecasting and Social Change. Dr. Grigorios Gikas is currently Professor of Financial System at the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica, Greece and Adjunct Professor, Hellenic Open University, Postgraduate program in Banking. He has been a President of the Technological Educational Institute of , Greece from 2005 till 2013, Dean of the Faculty of Management and Economics (2003-2005) and head of the Department of Accounting (2001-2003). He taught at the University of Lodz, Warsaw, Gdansk, , T.E.I. of Mesologgi and T.E.I. of Patras. He has over 50 publications in refereed journals, international conference papers (full-text review) and articles in economic newspapers and journals. Google Scholar.

Dr. Androniki Kavoura is Professor, University of West Attica, Greece. She completed her MSc in Media Management and her PhD on Communication and Culture, University of Stirling, Scotland, UK. Her research interests include marketing communications, social media, branding, advertising, tourism marketing and culture. She is a member of the Editorial Board of International Journals, has co-chaired and participates in the scientific committees of International Conferences and journals, she is editor in chief in the International Journal of Strategic Innovative Marketing and chairs the International Conference on Strategic Innovative Marketing and Tourism (ICSIMAT). Dr. Maria Mitrisili-Asimakopoulou is a Professor at the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica, Greece.

Dr. Klimis Ntalianis is a Professor at the University of West Attica in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. He received his Diploma and Ph.D. degrees both from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 1998 and 2003 respectively. Between 2004 and 2006 he has written two Postdoctoral theses in the areas of multimedia protection and emotion analysis. From 1998 till 2009 he was a Senior Researcher and Projects Coordinator at the Image, Video and Multimedia Lab of NTUA. During this period Dr. Ntalianis has participated in more than 20 R&D proposals. Dr. Ntalianis is an active reviewer of more than 10 International Journals of ΙΕΕΕ, Springer, Elsevier etc. Additionally, he is an active reviewer and/or participates in the organizing committees of more than 10 International Conferences of ΙΕΕΕ, ΑCM etc. His main research interests include multimedia processing, social computing and crowdsourcing.

Dr. George Pierrakos is Professor of Organisation and Management of Primary Healthcare Services at the Department of Business Administration, Social Policy Division, University of West Attica, Greece. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Political Science & Public Administration of the Kapodestrian University of Athens. He also holds a MSc from the Faculty of Political Science & Public Administration of the Kapodestrian University of Athens and BSc from Nursing department of the Kapodestrian University of Athens. He has participated in several National and International Research Programs as a member or coordinator of various research teams. He has substantial teaching experience in the topics of Health Systems Organization, Health Management, and Health Economics in Postgraduate programs and has been the author and co-author of several publications. Dr. George Polychronopoulos is Professor of Economics and Director of the MBA at the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica. He has been served as Chairman, Dean, member of the Board of Trustees of the University and President of the Masters programmes at ΤΗΕ Ternopil National Economic University (TNEU), Ukraine. He has a BSc from the AUEB, a MSc (Econs) from Concordia University of Montreal and a PhD (Econs) from Panteion University of Social and Political Science. He also followed postgraduate studies in Economics and Philosophy at the City University of London (PhD Research) and at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He taught Economics at the AUEB, TNEU, Univ of Western Macedonia Tec and was Research Fellow at the AUEB (ASOEE), the Institute of Regional Development (IRD), the Institute of Industrial and Economic Research (IOBE) and Democritus University of Thrace. He acts as referee for many journals, like journal of European Economy, and his work has been published in well-known academic journals including: Journal of European Economy, Journal of Informatica Economica , International Journal of Finance and Policy Analysis, Journal of Finance and Economics, EuroPe Journal of Business (Emerald/Scopus), Marketing Intelligence and Planning (Emerald Pub's), Management Research News (Emerald Pub's), Achieves of Economic History etc. He is the author of four books and two Text editing.

Dr. Ioannis Psaromiligkos is professor at the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica and Director of the Informatics and Decision Sciences’ Sector of the Department, since 2018. He is also Director of the Research Laboratory “DigiT.DSS.Lab”. Before 2018 he was professor at the former Piraeus University of Applied Science (PUAS).

From April 1999 until September 2013 he was professor at the General Department of Mathematics, PUAS, Greece, where he was head of the department for the last three years and director of Informatics for two years. His main research interests are in Technology-Enhanced Learning, Learning Analytics, Management Information Systems, Object-Oriented Programming and Modeling. He is author in more than 70 papers in international journals and conferences. He is scientific responsible for the Moodle e-Learning Platform and the technical support of e-Learning of the University of West Attica. Dr. Alexandros Sahinidis is a Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. He studied in the USA, where he earned his BBA from Baruch College of the City University of New York, his MBA from Long Island University (New York), and completed the coursework of the Ph. D program of Rutgers University (Newark, New Jersey). He received his Doctoral Degree from University of Piraeus (Greece). His research interests include Organizational Culture, Entrepreneurship, Motivation, Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc. He published in international and local refereed journals and presented his work in a number of scientific conferences. Dr. Sotirios Soulis (PhD in Health and Social Protection Economics (1982) is Professor in the sector of Social Policy, Director of M.Sc. ""Management of Health and Social Care Services"", ex vice Rector and expert of OECD. He has represented the country in International Organizations such as: OECD, EU, International Labor Office (ILO) and International Social Security Association (ISSA). He has worked as a Scientific Advisor at Ministry of Labor (OAED) in Social Security, Demographic and Family Policy and at Ministry of Health. During his academic career, he has undertaken significant research (over 60 research projects) with national and international bodies in subjects such as: Occupational Health and Safety, Demography, Inequalities, Economics and Health Policies, Unemployment, Family Policy, Migration, Economic-Technical Studies of Operational Hospital Systems, Process Modeling, Quality of Life, Distance Education, Cost of Medical Acts, Social Economy and Entrepreneurship, e-Health and Social Care Networks. Dr. Athanasios Spyridakos received his Ph.D. in Multicriteria Decision Support Systems from the Technical University of Crete, Greece. He is Professor of Software Engineering, Decision Support Systems and Operational Research at the University of West Attica, Greece. The last four years is elected Dean of the Businesses, Economics and Social Sciences Faculty of the University of West Attica. Before his academic commitment he had a long-term involvement in the management and implementation of large-scale IT projects at National and International level. His research interests include the fields of Operational Research, Software Engineering, Decision Support Systems, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management. Dr. Dimitrios Stranis (PhD in Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece) is a Professor at the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica, Greece, and Director of the Postgraduate Program "Public Administration-Public Management". He has also taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level in several other universities including the Athens University of Economics and Business (OPA). His research interests are located in the fields of Public Law (Administrative Law), Management Science (Organizational Behavior and Conflict Management and Negotiations), European Institutional Law, Labor Law and Labor relations in Public and Private Sector. He has participated in several conferences as a speaker and his publication in the aforementioned scientific fields includes. He is currently a lawyer at the Supreme Court, appearing in particular in supreme courts: Council of State, Court of Auditors, Supreme Court and the Court of Human Rights and has challenged their important decisions.

Dr. Petros Tomaras is a Professor of Marketing at the University of West Attica in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. His studies include diploma degree in Economics (NKU of Athens), MBA (Roosevelt University in USA) and PhD in Social Psychology (Panteion University of Athens). He has an academic and professional background and previous experience in executive positions in companies and organizations in the private and public sector. Previously he was a member of the Council of TEI of Athens, Governor of the 5th Health District of Thessaly and Central Greece and Manager of major Greek Hospitals. He is the author of four Marketing books and co-author of two more. His main research interests are in the fields of Marketing and Marketing Research. His articles have been published in Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences - Elsevier, Journal of Business Ethics, in many international marketing conferences and in many Greek scientific journals. Dr. Eleni Tourna is a Professor in Accounting at the Department of Business Administration of West Attica University, Athens, Greece. She holds a BSc in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, an MBA from Vrije University Brussels, Belgium, an MSc in Research Methodology from Sheffield Hallam University, U.K. and a Ph.D. in Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University, U.K. She has research and teaching experience in Universities in Greece and abroad, in seminars for executives as well as lower-level employees of numerous private and public organizations. Her research interest primarily lies in the area of Business Career Choice, Accounting Education and Operational and Strategic Planning of SMS's. Dr. Maria Tsirintani (PhD in Health Informatics, The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) is Professor of Health Information Systems at the University of West Attica of Athens (UniWA) in Greece. She is academic director of the Social Policy Sector in the Department of Business Administration of UniWA and former academic coordinator of the European LLP / ERASMUS+ program in the Faculty of Management, Economy and Social Sciences of UniWA (2018-2019) and the Athens University of Applied Sciences (2013-2018). She has undertaken research and teaching since 1995 at the Athens University of Applied Sciences, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the University of Piraeus, and the Athens National School of Public Administration. Her teaching and research interests focus on the scientific fields: Health Informatics, Telemedicine, Electronic Patient Records, and Health and Welfare Information Management. She is author or co-author of over 60 publications in international and Greek publications in peer-reviewed journals, edited volumes and conference proceedings while she has written an educational textbook and has done the scientific work on two more books on her research interests.

Dr. Prodromos Yannas (Ph.D. in International Relations, The American University, USA) is Professor of International Relations and Communication-Publicity in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica.

4. Associate Professors

Dr. Aspasia Goula (PhD in Organizational Culture in Health Care Units, Panteion University of Athens) is Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica, Greece. She has been involved as an assistant researcher or as a principal researcher in 20 research projects of the Ministry of Health and Social Security, the Ministry of Labor of Cyprus, and the Ministry of Labor of Greece since 1998. The research projects concerned the organization of health care services and employment, the improvement and autonomous living of people with disabilities, the development of a standard model of health care, self-care and rehabilitation of patients with neoplasia, and the development of systems’ quality in health services. She is the author of 2 monographs entitled: a) "Hospital Administration & Management - The Greek Experience & Practice", Papazisis editions, b) The Organizational Culture of Health Services, Papazisis editions and edited a book entitled "The Quality of Life as a Quality Assessment Tool of Health Care Services”, Papazisis editions. Dr. Irene Samanta is an Associate Professor of International Marketing at University of West Attica. Her field of knowledge is International Marketing Strategic Development of Electronic Relationships in Industrial Firms. She is an Associate Director in the M.Sc. International Business Management Program. Dr. Samanta, after her basic studies in Business Administration, she obtained an M.Sc. in International Marketing and she has been completed her Academic studies with a Ph.D. from University of the West of Scotland (U.K.). She is member of the editorial boards of several scientific journals and she have participated in research programs funded by European Union. Regarding her publication track record, she is author or co-author of several papers in scientific journals, chapter-books, conference proceedings, and several articles in economic journals. She is author and co-author of seven text books Also she has published one Monograph published by Lambert Publishing Germany. She is editor and co-editor in scientific journal and co-editor in several chapter books. She participates as an active member in academic and professional associations. She teaches International Marketing, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research, Sales Management at undergraduate and postgraduate level. 5. Assistant Professors

Dr. Sofia Asonitou (PhD in Accounting, Sheffield Hallam University, U.K.) is Assistant Professor in Accounting Education at the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica, Greece. Her teaching interests include Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Financial Statements Analysis, at undergraduate and graduate level. Her main research interests include the development of professional skills of accountants, teaching and learning Accounting in Higher Education, innovative teaching methods and institutional educational reforms. She has published a number of referred conference papers and her work also appeared in international journals such as The International Journal of Management Education and The International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education. Dr. Dimitrios Drosos is Assistant Professor (Business Administration Dept.) at University of West Attica. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Technological Education Institute of Piraeus – Business School, a Master in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University – Cardiff School of Management with Majoring in Management Information System and a PhD from University of Piraeus, Computer Science Department. He has presented a number of papers at national and international level conferences He has also authored numerous publications in national and international journals. His principal research interests are in the area of Management Information System, E–Business, Multicriteria Analysis, Customer Satisfaction, and Total Quality Management. During the last years he has been involved in various projects related to E - Business, Business Strategy, Re engineering, Planning, Management and Implementation of IT projects. He has worked for several years as Director and Project Manager in multinational companies in Greece. Mrs. Theochanthi Benaki- Kyriakopoulou is Assistant Professor in Marketing at the Business Administration Department of the School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences in the University of West Attica. She has a BSc degree in Law from the Law School from the University of Athens and a MSc in Business Administration- Marketing from the Graduate Business School from the University of South Dakota, U.S.A. Her teaching areas include almost all the relative objects of Marketing and Law and the last few years she teaches the objects of Service Marketing and Strategic Marketing. She has participated in many congresses and conferences relating to the Science of Marketing.

Dr. Christos Kytagias is currently an Assistant Professor at the division of Informatics and Decision Sciences at the Department of Business Administration of the University of West Attica. Dr. Kytagias holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Computer Systems Department of Technical Educational Institute of Piraeus, a MSc in Information Technology with Web Technology from the University of Paisley – U.K and a PhD from the department of Primary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is a member of the Research Laboratory of “Digital Transformation & Decision Support Systems in Business & Education – DigiT-DSS Lab” of the division of Informatics and Decision Sciences of the Department of Business Administration of the University of West Attica. Also, he is IT Administrator of the eLearning systems of the University of West Attica. His published research and educational work include 2 books in Java programming, several chapters in books, papers in international journals and conference proceedings refereed and technical studies in the framework of developmental and research projects. His research fields include: object-oriented programming, analysis and designing of information systems, design patterns and principles, Web software engineering, Databases and database management systems, Learning Management Systems engineering, lifelong learning and distant learning, e-Business. Dr. Ioannis Rizomyliotis (PhD in Marketing, Athens University of Economics & Business) is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of West Attica, Athens, Greece. His main research areas include digital marketing, marketing communications, services marketing and consumer behaviour. He has presented and published his work in top ranked academic journals (e.g. Information Technology & People, International Journal of Innovation Management, Journal of Strategic Marketing, International Journal of Market Research) and prestigious international conferences (e.g. EMAC, AMA). Dr. Ioannis Salmon is Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. He received his doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Change Management and Human Resource Development. His research activities focus on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)-enabled change management, computer-aided human resource development, and digital knowledge representation management for strategic business. He has worked for many years in the private and public sectors in Human Resource Management and Finance. Mrs. Louisa Spentzouri is Assistant Professor in Marketing and Communication at the Department of Business Administration of the School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences, University of West Attica. Following his Bachelor in Economics at the Law School, Kapodestrian University of Athens, she specialised in Agricultural Marketing at Pantheon Sorbonne, Universite Paris1. Dr. Nikos Tsotsolas is Assistant Professor in Operational Research at the Department of Business Administration since 2017. He is a Production and Management Engineer and he holds a Master of Science Degree in "Operational Research" from the Department of Production and Management Engineering of the Technical University of Crete. In 2009 he was awarded a doctorate by the University of Piraeus. From 2008 till 2017 he was an Adjunct lecturer in Piraeus University of Applied Science. Currently, he teaches in five Postgraduate Programs and he is a member of the Research Laboratory DigiT-DSS. His research interests fall within the fields of Operational Research, Decision Support Systems, Logistics and IoT. 6. Lecturers

Dr. Faidon Komisopoulos is a Lecturer in the department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica, Greece. He received a bachelor degree in Business Administration (Technology and Operation Systems – University of Piraeus) and a diploma in Computer Science (TEI of Athens), an MBA from “Haute Ecole Groupe ICHEC - ISC St Louis” with concertation on e-Learning Education and a Ph.D. on “Creation of a Model for Estimating and Managing an Organization’s Capability to Innovate, using the Innovation Management Techniques” (University of Piraeus 2011). He has been lecturing on “Managing Information Systems”, “Strategic management” and “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” in several Universities and Colleges. Before joining academia, he served as commercial director in a multinational company and he has also worked in a recognized research center in the management of projects from national and European funds. Dr. Dimitrios Papakyriakopoulos is Lecturer at the department Business Administration of University of West Attica. He holds a B.Sc. in Informatics, M.Sc. in Information Systems from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management also from Athens University of Economics and Business. He has worked as researcher in various EU-funded projects and as special advisor in e-government for the Greek government. 7. Lecturers of Applications

Mrs. Georgia Anagnostopoulou is a Lecturer of Applications at the Department of Business Administration - University of West Attica. She holds a master's degree in Tourism Business Administration (Hellenic Open University) and a degree in Business Administration (TEI of Athens). She is a holder of educational proficiency (ASPETE), member of EPY (Greek Computer Society). Certified adult trainer of EKEPIS registry and for OAED - LAEK programs. She has worked as a sales and administrative manager in various Greek companies and has taught at the TEI of Athens in various departments as a laboratory associate. At the same time, she has taught at several Educational Training Centers of OAED (KEK, IEK, EPA.S) and at IEK of the MINISTRY as a teacher in computer science and administration courses. Her research interests focus on education and management with the use of new technologies. She is a member of the section of Business Informatics and Decision Science of the Department of Business Administration and of the laboratory Digit.DSS. Lab.

Mr. Dimitrios G Kallivokas (Msc in Computer Science in education, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Msc in Health Management, University of Piraeus, Bsc in Mathematics, University of Patras) is a Lecturer of Applications in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. He has also postgraduate education in System Analysis and Programming and Database Management Systems and Adult Education Training Program. Furthermore, he has over 20 years of academic experience in tertiary education in Mathematics, Informatics Courses and Laboratories of Statistics, Operational Research and Informatics and experience in IT projects, ERP projects and Data Analysis projects. Moreover, he has published a number of papers in International Conference proceedings. He has also participated in the organizing committees of many conferences. His main research areas include Quantitative Methods in Management, IT Applications in Management and ERP Projects.

Mr. Dimitris Simos is a Lecturer of Applications at the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica, Greece. Mr. Dimitris Zondiros (MBA – Marketing, University of Stirling, MA in Online and Distance Education, UK Open University and MEd in Adult Education, Hellenic Open University) is Lecturer of Applications in Marketing at the Department of Business Administration (Marketing and Communication Sector) of the University of West Attica. Dr. Theodoros (Thodoris) Anagnostopoulos is a member of the Laboratory and Teaching staff of the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. He also holds an Associated Lecturer position in IoT at Department of Infocommunication Technologies at ITMO University, Russia. He received B.Eng. degree from the UNIWA, Greece, in 1997, B.Sc. and M.Sc. IS. degrees from the AUEB, Greece, in 2001 and 2003, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree from the NKUA, Greece, in conjunction with the UNIGE, Switzerland, in 2012. He also received M.Ed.Sc. degree from the HOU, Greece, in 2018. He has worked in private and public sector as well as in industry and academia worldwide. He has also chase funding and involved in national and international academic research and industrial innovation projects. Dr. Anagnostopoulos holds two patents, in U.S.A. and E.U., where he is the named author, while IP is with Ordnance Survey: Great Britain’s Mapping Authority, U.K. Google Scholar.

Dr. Eleni Gkika is a member of the Laboratory and Teaching staff of the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. Since 1998 she has worked as a laboratory associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. At university of West Attica, she has taught courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, including Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management. Her research interests focus on Gender differences, work life balance and job satisfaction, ICT adoption. She has previously served as a Financial Analyst in the department of Management Information Systems of Shell Hellas S.A. and as a Consultant at Citibank NA. She holds a PhD from the Department of Public Administration of Panteion University. Her dissertation focused on the factors that influence the acceptance of new technologies and technological applications. Mrs. Kartaloglou Elissavet is a member of the Laboratory and Teaching staff of the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. Dr. Stamatis Ntanos (PhD in Environmental Investments, The Democritus University of Thrace) is Laboratory & Teaching Staff at the Business Administration Department, School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences, University of West Attica in Greece. Mr. Stelios Tsilikis is a member of the Laboratory and Teaching staff of the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica, teaching the laboratory courses Project Management, Databases, Management Information Systems and Business Research. He holds a B.B.A from the Department of Business Administration of TEI PIRAEUS and a M.Sc. in "Decision Science with Information Systems" from Α.Ε.Ι PIRAEUS TT. At the same time from 2006 to 2016 he worked: as a Scientific Associate at the Center for Technological Research of TEI Piraeus with participation in the preparation of proposals and implementation of programs funded by Private or State - European agencies in the fields of Development, Services and Education for three years, and as a Laboratory Associate in the courses of Management Information Systems and Databases. In 2010 I was elected as a Laboratory Teaching Staff of the Department of Business Administration.
