Hurling Equipment Grant

The Hurling Development Committee of the USGAA are pleased to announce an Equipment subsidy available to newly* formed Hurling teams within the USGAA (United States Gaelic Athletic Association) .

The total reimbursement shall not exceed $550.00 per club.

To qualify for the grant:

1. You must be a newly formed Hurling team in your first year of affiliation with USGAA

2. You must purchase Hurling equipment during the calendar year of grant submission

3. You must only submit request for Hurling equipment (Helmets, Hurleys, )

Note:

1. All applications for the reimbursement will be reviewed by the Hurling Development committee and presented to the USGAA

2. Payment will be made directly to the approved club

3. Only applications for reimbursement presented on the form below will be reviewed

4. All submissions must include a scanned paid receipt that clearly identifies the equipment purchased

5. Rename this form: Club Hurling Equipment grant request Year eg GAA Hurling Equipment grant request 2019

* A newly formed team is defined as a team that is registered with USGAA (with a minimum of 9 players) at time of application
