2002-03 HUSKY BASKETBALL GAME-DAY GUIDE CAMERAS Video cameras and professional camera (with detachable lenses) in Bank of America Arena are restricted to individuals with special passes issued by the Husky Media Relations department at 206-543-2200. Flash photography is prohibited. CASH MACHINES The cash machine in Bank of America Arena is located next to the Husky Team Shop on the SW corner of the arena. DONOR SEATING Priority seating for the 2002-03 basketball season is offered through the Tyee office. Contribution requirements include: FOUNDERS CLUB (men’s and women’s basketball): $25,000 campaign gift. There are a limited number of seats still available! TYEE KEY 250 (men’s basketball): $250 contribution per seat, in addition to the purchase of season tickets. TYEE KEY 100 (men’s basketball): $100 contribution per seat, in addition to the purchase of season tickets. FAST BREAK (women’s basketball): $75 contribution per seat, in addition to the purchase of season tickets. Please call the Tyee Office at 206-543-2234 for more information regarding the Tyee Basketball program. FAMILY RESTROOMS Special family restrooms are located in the northeast and southwest corners of the concourse, near tunnels 3 and 10. FIRST AID & CARDIAC CARE First Aid personnel are available at the First Aid Station to respond to your medical needs. The First Aid Station is located on the east side of Bank of America Arena near tunnel 5. Ushers and University Police will be available for assistance in case of emergency. GAME PROGRAMS The Washington basketball game day program “HUSKIES!” is available for FREE, at the arena entrances, while supplies last, on the day of the game. You can also keep score on the FREE roster card that is available with the game day program. GAME TIMES Call (206) 543-TIME for the latest game times. Doors open one hour prior to game time. GROUP TICKETS Group tickets are now available for Husky Basketball. Purchase a minimum of 25 tickets and get great discounts. Call 206-616-6194 for more information or to place your order. INFORMATION STATIONS Stop by one of the Husky information stations at each entrance to pick up a variety of information about Husky athletics including game programs, posters and promotional information. JUNIOR HUSKY CLUB The Papa John’s Junior Husky Club is a very special way for kids to join the fun and excitement of Husky Athletics. If your child is 12 years or younger, sign them up and receive all the great benefits of the Papa John’s Junior Husky Club: Harry the Husky Bobblehead, Membership Card, T-shirt, Seasonal Newsletter, Special admission prices to Husky Athletic events and much more! Box 354070, Seattle, WA 98195-4070 MERCHANDISE Husky merchandise is available at the Husky Team Shop located in the SW corner of the arena. The Husky Team Shop is open 10am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5pm on Sundays. Extended hours will be in effect on home event days. You can also visit the Husky Store at www.gohuskies.com. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION Parking is available in lot E-1 for $2.75 per game and lots E-10, E-11, and E-12 for $8 per game. You must enter lot E-1 from the north side (near the golf driving range). For public transportation information call Metro at 206-553-3000. The University of Washington recommends several transportation alternatives to getting to the game. These options reduce traffic and save you money. Travel with others, by bus, bike or walk. New! The bus is inexpensive, only $1.25 each way and is a great way to avoid traffic. For bus route planning visit www.washington.edu/upass/getting_here/routes.html Biking Consider bicycling to the game and avoid parking and traffic hassles. A five-mile commute takes approximately 25-30 minutes. The Burke-Gilman trail, which extends from Bothell to Ballard, passes directly by Husky Stadium. Extend your commute by bringing your bike on the bus. For your convenience, bicycle racks are located right outside the stadium. The area surrounding the U-District is home to some unique walking paths. Founder’s Club and Tyee Basketball (Key 250/100 and Fast Break) contributors have the opportunity to purchase donor parking for the 2002-03 season. Please contact the Tyee office at 206-543-2234. POLICE In the event of an emergency, please dial 9-911. PROHIBITED ITEMS Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs, weapons of any kind, smoking, video cameras, glass bottles, cans, thermoses, Bota Bags, picnic baskets, ice chests, horns of any kind, sales of unauthorized merchandise, banners, flags and signs on sticks, placards, leaflets not approved in advance by the Athletic Department, other conduct prohibited by the UW regulations or by law. Violators are subject to removal from the arena and to applicable disciplinary action and/or legal action. Arena personnel have been instructed to enforce the policies in the interest of the comfort and safety of our patrons. Please give them your cooperation and report incidents to the ushering staff. Lost/Stolen Tickets Policy: Season tickets may be replaced if lost or stolen. The full value of the tickets will be charged for replacement. Children 2 years and under are admitted free and must be held. Tickets offered for resale at a price higher than that appearing on the face may be seized without compensation.
