However, such similar type of work must cover at least one conventional water treatment plant or Intake well or Elevated Service Reservoir or Ground Water Reservoir of any capacity or laying of pipe line works or RCC Chimney/ silos or RCC Water Retaining Structures, such as Barrage, Weir, Check Dam. The firm shall have to submit the performance certificate of the works constructed by them for satisfactory performance from appropriate authority i.e. not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent. Weightage @10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. (ii) For Sl. No.1 similar natur of work experience (Water treatment plant) is necessary. (iii) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have annual financial turnover of not less than (40% of the estimate cost) in any one year in construction works during last 5 (five) years and the turn over need to be certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage @10% per completed financial year (on compound basis) shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. Bidder shall furnish complete audited annual financial year statements for last five years including audit report, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts statement all other schedules etc. in support of meeting the financial criteria as mentioned above. (iv ) If the bid has been invited in a common notice for different works or tender invited for different works in consecutive notice in a shorter time period, the bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. In such cases, the order of opening of the bids shall be that in which they appear in the ‘Invitation for Bids’. Fulfilment of One’s bid capacity and other eligibility criteria in any one or more bids (in seriatim) will make him ineligible for subsequent bids. 11. The contractors those who are not signing agreement after repeated reminders may not be consider further works. 12. The firms/ companies/ registered contractors those have not completed more than three works under this division within the stipulated time will not eligible to participate the tender. 13. The contractors having two or more than two PWS works are under progress or not started as per agreement under this division are to be rejected at the time of finalization of technical evaluation. 14. The contractors has applied/ not applied time extension within the stipulated completion period as per agreement for ongoing works are to be rejected at the time of finalization of technical evaluation. 15. The bid for the work shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the bid. If any bidder/ tenderer withdraws his bid/ tender before the said period or makes any modification in the terms and conditions of the bid, Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D) deposit at the time of submission of tender shall stand forfeited. 16. Engineering Contractors desirous for availing exemption of E.M.D, are required to submit affidavit along with their bids to the effect that, he/ she has not yet availed the facility for more than two works during the current financial year failing which his/her tender will not be considered. Further they have to produce original Contractor’s Registration Certificate at the time of opening of tender for verification. 17. The firm shall have to submit the performance certificate of the works constructed by them for satisfactory performance from appropriate authority i.e. not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent. Weightage @10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. (ii) For Sl. No.1 similar natur of work experience (Water treatment plant) is necessary. (iii) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have annual financial turnover of not less than (40% of the estimate cost) in any one year in construction works during last 5 (five) years and the turn over need to be certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage @10% per completed financial year (on compound basis) shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. However, such similar type of work must cover at least one conventional water treatment plant or Intake well or Elevated Service Reservoir or Ground Water Reservoir of any capacity or laying of pipe line works or RCC Chimney/ silos or RCC Water Retaining Structures, such as Barrage, Weir, Check Dam. The firm shall have to submit the performance certificate of the works constructed by them for satisfactory performance from appropriate authority i.e. not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent. Weightage @10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. (ii) For Sl. No.1 similar natur of work experience (Water treatment plant) is necessary. (iii) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have annual financial turnover of not less than (40% of the estimate cost) in any one year in construction works during last 5 (five) years and the turn over need to be certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage @10% per completed financial year (on compound basis) shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. Bidder shall furnish complete audited annual financial year statements for last five years including audit report, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts statement all other schedules etc. in support of meeting the financial criteria as mentioned above. (iv ) If the bid has been invited in a common notice for different works or tender invited for different works in consecutive notice in a shorter time period, the bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. In such cases, the order of opening of the bids shall be that in which they appear in the ‘Invitation for Bids’. Fulfilment of One’s bid capacity and other eligibility criteria in any one or more bids (in seriatim) will make him ineligible for subsequent bids. 11. Minimum Eligibility Criteria : (i) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have successfully Completed & Commissioned Works of similar type valuing not less (30% of the estimated cost) in any one year during the last 5(five) years. However, such similar type of work must cover at least one conventional water treatment plant or Intake well or Elevated Service Reservoir or Ground Water Reservoir of any capacity or laying of pipe line works or RCC Chimney/ silos or RCC Water Retaining Structures, such as Barrage, Weir, Check Dam. The firm shall have to submit the performance certificate of the works constructed by them for satisfactory performance from appropriate authority i.e. not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent. Weightage @10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. (ii) For Sl. No.1 similar natur of work experience (Water treatment plant) is necessary. (iii) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have annual financial turnover of not less than (40% of the estimate cost) in any one year in construction works during last 5 (five) years and the turn over need to be certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage @10% per completed financial year (on compound basis) shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. Bidder shall furnish complete audited annual financial year statements for last five years including audit report, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts statement all other schedules etc. in support of meeting the financial criteria as mentioned above. (iv ) If the bid has been invited in a common notice for different works or tender invited for different works in consecutive notice in a shorter time period, the bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. In such cases, the order of opening of the bids shall be that in which they appear in the ‘Invitation for Bids’. Fulfilment of One’s bid capacity and other eligibility criteria in any one or more bids (in seriatim) will make him ineligible for subsequent bids. 11. The contractors those who are not signing agreement after repeated reminders may not be consider further works. 12. The firms/ companies/ registered contractors those have not completed more than three works under this division within the stipulated time will not eligible to participate the tender. 13. The contractors having two or more than two PWS works are under progress or not started as per agreement under this division are to be rejected at the time of finalization of technical evaluation. 14. The contractors has applied/ not applied time extension within the stipulated completion period as per agreement for ongoing works are to be rejected at the time of finalization of technical evaluation. 15. The bid for the work shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the bid. If any bidder/ tenderer withdraws his bid/ tender before the said period or makes any modification in the terms and conditions of the bid, Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D) deposit at the time of submission of tender shall stand forfeited. 16. Engineering Contractors desirous for availing exemption of E.M.D, are required to submit affidavit along with their bids to the effect that, he/ she has not yet availed the facility for more than two works during the current financial year failing which his/her tender will not be considered. (iii) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have annual financial turnover of not less than (40% of the estimate cost) in any one year in construction works during last 5 (five) years and the turn over need to be certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage @10% per completed financial year (on compound basis) shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. The firm shall have to submit the performance certificate of the works constructed by them for satisfactory performance from appropriate authority i.e. not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent. Weightage @10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. (ii) For Sl. No.1 similar natur of work experience (Water treatment plant) is necessary. (iii) The Firms/ Companies/ Registered Contractors should have annual financial turnover of not less than (40% of the estimate cost) in any one year in construction works during last 5 (five) years and the turn over need to be certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage @10% per completed financial year (on compound basis) shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years.
