Transfers from Cape Town Airport will be provided by St Cyprian’s Preparatory School. We request that all local schools arrange to arrive at St Cyprian’s School by 15h00 on Tuesday, 28 April 2020. Departure: Delegates depart from St Cyprian’s School on Saturday, 2 May 2020. The closing ceremony will take place on Friday evening, 1 May 2020. All delegates need to be collected by their staff members at 08h00 from the St Cyprian’s school campus on Saturday, 2 May 2020. Airport shuttles will be provided by St Cyprian’s School at 09h00 and 10h30. Schools who would like to leave later need to make their own shuttle arrangements. Delegation size: Thank you for completing your Letter of Commitment. When registering your delegates, please only register the confirmed numbers sent through on your LOC. See the assigned numbers per school below. Unfortunately, there are no extra spaces at present. However, there may be openings later once confirmation of registration has been received. This includes activities, meals, snacks, transportation and speakers. This fee does not include the cost of flights. The pupils will be hosted and billeted out to parents of St Cyprian’s Preparatory School. The RS representatives will obtain details of hosting families before the conference starts so that families can make contact beforehand. Adults: Adults: The conference fee per staff member is R7200. Staff need to find accommodation at hotels and B&Bs close to St Cyprian’s School. A list of accommodation will be issued shortly. The flights and accommodation of staff are not included in the costing. (not earlier than 3 months 3 months prior to the conference) • Home Affairs document • Certified copies of BOTH mother and father’s identity documents. (not earlier than 3 months prior to the conference) • Letter from Head of your school stating that the students will be returning to complete their studies.
