• You must be a registered member of the respective ticket agency and have an online account established before the tickets go on sale. For Ticketek, register here: https://premier.ticketek.com.au/Membership/JoinNow_Default.aspx

CHECK YOUR PASSWORDS & BILLING DETAILS

• If you already have a TICKETEK or TICKETMASTER account - login and check that all your details are up to date well before the onsale. (i.e. address and latest credit card details including expiry date) • Ensure that you have sufficient funds available on your credit card – if your card is rejected your tickets will be released.

NEVER LOAD THE TICKETING SITE IN MORE THAN ONE BROWSER (OR ON MORE THAN ONE DEVICE)

• Only have the site loaded in one window in your web browser – otherwise things can get messy and you may lose your tickets and get locked out of the site. • Do not ‘REFRESH’ your browser repeatedly – you may be blocked out of the site. • Do not attempt to buy across multiple devices simultaneously (i.e; Smartphone, Computer, iPad, etc). This will not increase your chance of securing tickets, in fact you may be flagged for suspicious activity and blocked from the site. • The ticketing site may be busy and you may experience queues or a ‘Holding Page’. This does not mean that the website is ‘down’ or has ‘crashed’ – simply follow the diections on screen and please remain patient. • This show is hot! As such, expect a time limit while purchasing. Please note the timer and move through the purchase process as quickly as possible – again if you have your account details ready then you should be able to move through the purchase process fairly quickly.

TICKET DELIVERY INFORMATION

Ticket Delivery Restrictions: • All General Admission tickets have a delivery method of Mobile Ticket Only. • All (Red) Zone tickets can only be collected from the venue on the day of the show. • All VIP Party Experience tickets can only be collected from the venue on the day of the show.

Ticket Printing Delay Information: • All Standard Tickets & VIP Hot Seat Tickets will be delayed for delivery or collection until Tue 11 June. • All 3D Collector Tickets will be dispatched a month prior to the event. • All Mobile tickets will be delayed until 72 hours prior to event day.
