Angus Heritage Week is packed with activities and events which highlight the people, places and traditions of the local area.

Discover more about the rich, built and cultural heritage of Angus during this year’s Angus Heritage Week, from 2 to 9 September.

Doors Open Days, which is co-ordinated nationally by the Scottish Civic Trust, takes place during Angus Heritage Week over the weekend of 3 and 4 September. Doors Open Days allows you to visit a number of historic, contemporary and unusual buildings.

Angus is home to many museums, galleries, historic sites and buildings. So, whether your interest is in ancient civilisations, medieval battles or historic houses, Angus has a rich story to tell.
