Adventurer cycles to Cape Town

Limpopo adventurer, Nyiko Masango from Tzaneen is currently in KwaZulu-Natal on his way to Cape Town. He began his cycling journey on Saturday, 21 November at Beitbridge for the ‘Presence to Fatherhood’ charity campaign. He is raising awareness on the importance of active fatherhood and encourages men to actively play a role in the lives of their children. He has travelled over 1000km so far and has over 2000km to go. After KwaZulu- Natal, he will be heading to the Eastern Cape before reaching his destination, Table Mountain. In 2019 he cycled over 3000km from Tzaneen to Tanzania passing through countries such as Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi. After a week of arriving in the neighbouring country he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. He managed to reach Gilmans Point in 12 hours. With this current project he is hoping to raise funds for his Boys Leadership Academy and cycling club, which will be launched next year. For more information, follow him on Facebook, ‘Presence to Fatherhood’ or Mr Dynamix or call Sphelele on 072 299 2822.
