Hillesley Happenings Help – how to get in touch!

With rising cases across the UK and new government guidelines from 23 September to follow, we might also be anticipating a two-week national lockdown at some point.

While the South West still has the lowest numbers, there could be fresh outbreaks and we do need to stay aware of NHS advice, alongside the changing government regulations. Some medics are expecting a second surge this winter, and some predict that the NHS will take 4 years to recover, so we want to keep this wonderful, strong community spirit of looking out for each other.

So, whether you need some loo paper or paracetamol, some shopping, a dog walked, bins putting out or just a chat, we can all help each other, particularly when people are self-isolating.

• Facebook @HillesleyHappenings • WhatsApp group chat HillesleyHappenings. • Phone Jacqui tel: 01453 521826 / 07799 618009 • Phone David tel: 01453 842947

Please text, email or ring with your details or drop a note in at Hope Cottage (on left, at top of lane from war memorial).

Please do not be embarrassed to make contact at any point, all of us may need support over the next few weeks/months. We are a strong community.

If you are able to help your community, please also make contact preferably via the internet.

Coronavirus is contagious. We will take every precaution to spread only kindness. Avoid physical contact (2m). Wash hands regularly. Items will be left on doorstep.
