DISTINCTIVE ACCOMMODATIONS Night 1: Old Faithful Inn or Old Faithful Snow Lodge Old Faithful Inn: Known as one of the largest log cabins in the world, the Old Faithful Inn beckons travelers worldwide into its tall lodgepole- pine adorned lobby complete with rhyolite lava stone fireplace. Located within mere feet of the famed Old Faithful geyser, the Inn is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Old Faithful Snow Lodge: The newest of Yellowstone’s lodging (built in 1999), the Snow Lodge is the quieter of the two accommodations in the old Faithful area and is a great (and less busy) alternative to spending a night in the Inn. Night 2: Lake Yellowstone Hotel & Cabins Lake Yellowstone Hotel adorns the shore of the largest high alpine lake in North America, proudly shining as the oldest standing hotel in the park. Built in 1891 and renovated several times over, this Victorian- style hotel will bring you back to the glory days of the 1920s with its high-ceilinged lobby and dark leather furniture. The cabins of Lake Lodge, just a short walk away from the main hotel, are a great alternative to staying in the main hotel, and are quaint and western in nature. Careful walking on the footpath between the two lodges, you just might run into one of the resident bison! www.austinadventures.com | 800-575-1540 4 Night 3 : Jackson Lake Lodge The view from Jackson Lake Lodge is so beautiful, one must physically visit the property to understand its magnificence. From the main lobby’s 60-foot panoramic windows, you walk up the stairs to face the majestic Mount Moran framing the window and towering over Jackson Lake in the distance. With Willow Flats separating the lodge from the Teton Range, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife in the bushy meadows if you look long and hard enough. An outdoor pool onsite gives you plenty to do with the kids on your night on your own and with several dining options to choose from, you’ll find yourself relaxed and happy by evening’s end. Nights 4 & 5: Rustic Inn at Jackson Hole This luxurious lodge located on the edge of Jackson is anything but “rustic.” Situated on seven prime acres neighboring the National Elk Refuge and just several blocks from Jackson's antler-adorned town square, the Rustic Inn Creekside Resort & Spa greets visitors with sincere Western hospitality.
