3. Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives.

Periodically The websites for each of the stations in the Employment Unit include a link to Entercom 1 Entercom Careers Page throughout the the Entercom Careers page, which has information about careers in EEO Coordinator Gainesville year broadcasting.

Each vacancy at the Employment Unit, including upper-level category openings, is posted on the sites of organizations that are members of the Periodically DirectEmployers Association Job Syndication Alliance. Members of the DirectEmployers Entercom 2 throughout the Alliance include organizations whose membership includes participation of EEO Coordinator Association Gainesville year women and minorities, veterans and military families, government agencies, as well as other job candidates that might not be aware of employment opportunities in broadcasting.

Once a week, Entercom Gainesville airs recruitment advertisements on all On-Air EEO Policy and Periodically Entercom stations, seeking applicants across all departments. Advertisements inform the 3 Invitation to Receive Job throughout the Business Manager Gainesville Gainesville/Ocala area of Entercom’s EOE policy and invite all organizations Openings year to be a part of our recruitment process

Entercom Gainesville staff regularly hosts tours through the facility. Groups often include Boy and Girl Scouts, special education classes, elementary Periodically Entercom school classes, media students, foreign exchange students and senior citizen Program Director 4 Station Tours throughout the Gainesville groups. Tours include visiting each department and station studios. Duties and Marketing/Promotions Director year responsibilities of each department are explained along with a discussion about careers in radio. Entercom Gainesville offers internships at the radio stations in our Promotions and Programming departments. Interns must be college students and receive Periodically Director of Programming Entercom college credit for the internships. The Promotions Directors and the 5 Internship Program throughout the Promotions Director Gainesville Programming Directors oversee the internships to evaluate the interns and year Sales Manager ensure they are receiving information and education. Internships are ongoing throughout the year. One person participated in this program.

University of Florida Entercom Gainesville had a booth at the University of Florida Fall 2018 Job College of Journalism October 17, University of Fair. Entercom Gainesville’s Program Director ran the booth, personally met Entercom Gainesville Program 6 and Communications Fall 2018 Florida the attendees and provided information about job openings with Entercom Director Job Fair Gainesville. Approximately 500 people attended.

Entercom attended the national industry wide career fair at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, 7 NAB National Job Fair 4/9/19 Las Vegas. Entercom met with attendees, distributed job openings and HR Administrator NV discussed careers in radio at Entercom.
