(11) After deposit of amount in terms of Sl.10 herein above the successful bidder should deposit, with the Authorized Officer, the balance Sale Price within 15 (Fifteen) days of sale confirmation by the Authorized Officer. If the successful bidder fails to deposit the balance amount of sale price, the amount already deposited shall be forfeited. (12) If the dues of the Bank together with all costs, charges and expenses incurred by them or part thereof as may be acceptable to the bank are tendered by/on behalf of the borrowers or guarantors, at any time before publication of this notice, the sale of asset may be cancelled.
