Hi everyone,

I'm here to alarm you that there is a second underground business of fake Autographs, Memorabilia, Gold Records, Worn items going on and this will pollute the world of MJ Memorabilia...!

Let's start from the beginning. Back in spring 2009, I wanted to buy 2 original Michael Jackson hats, and my point was to have them signed by Michael in May 2009 as I was going to LA in order to meet him while he was rehearsing the This Is It concerts. So I went on eBay, and so many incredible awards, presentation awards, autographs were being sold by Jason Makris "JAYSTER321" (he is form Toronto Canada) on eBay. Prices were interesting and his feedbacks were great, I wanted to take everything!

I asked him if he had MJ hats, and he told me he had 2 hats that came from Michael Bush (Michael Jackson designer) that they were real and no doubts MJ hats. He seemed to know a lot about MJ collectors. He even put me in an MSN chat conversation with Bush (which turned out to be really Bush as it was his personal email address on the other account).

So we came to an agreement and as a security I asked him to make an auction on eBay specially for me, which he did.

I paid, and then received the hats a few days later... I opened the box, I right away noticed they were fake!!!!! The rim was in clothe material, both printing of MICHAEL JACKSON in gold were so bad made!!! I just can't imagine he dared to send me these, it was obvious right away that they were fake!!! The brown tag inside with "the reference and the size" was a photocopy and it was taped behind the rim... Yes TAPED with actual tape looool When I confronted him, he told me that they were "Rehearsal Hats" haha hilarious??? Michael Jackson would use fake hats to rehearse, with photocopies taped inside lol. He made up a whole story to back himself up, he got lost in his lies... He promised me he would get me hats afterwards, I am still waiting!! lol

Anyway, he got scared and refunded me... Happy Ending, but this is not ﬁnished...!

A few months ago, a friend of mine got in touch with a Norwegian MJ collector called Richard Fossaas.

He is a huge collector, he owns MJ hats, worn tour jackets, MJ helmets from Triumph Tour, worn Shoes, worn Pants, an American Music Award, 3 gloves, Victory Tour Glasses, the Pepsi Commercial socks that MJ gave to his manager Frank Dileo and that were framed in Dileo's ofﬁce... Well, lots' of amazing items, impressive.

Richard Fossaas recently displayed them at the Hard Rock Café in Oslo...:

Richard Fossaas recently decided to sell his whole collection and my friend decided to visit him, they got in touch and Richard invited my friend in Norway. Most of his items are stored in multiple safe in a Norway bank.

My friend sent me detailed pictures of the items and all the certiﬁcates while he was still in Norway.

1 : I asked him to ask Richard Fossaas from who he got the items!

Answer from Fossaas : Most of them by Jason Makris from Canada.

2 : I asked detailed pix of the Frank Dileo socks framed.

3 : The American Music Award.

I remember that Jason Makris Jayster321 on eBay used to sell a PROP American Music Award.

American Music Award Prop

Sure anyone can do that...

So I asked to see a close look of the American Music Award from Richard Fossaas...:

Looks incredible...!!! But what if I tell you that he bought this Award from Makris and most importantly, what if I tell you that Michael Jackson NEVER EVER WON in his career an AMA for Favorite Video POP/ROCK "Billie Jean". The only Favorite Video POP/ROCK MJ won for the Album Thriller was for BEAT IT... Jason, come on, you could have done some research before...!

I talked to Fossaas by message, and told him that his award was a fake one, and that Makris sold him a fake. Fossaas told me : "if it's a fake one, he owes me 60-70.000.- dollars..." and he told me "I have sent some pictures to juliens auctions of some of the items and Darren conﬁrmed that they were real", well, if Julien's would be such a great authenticator, they would not be auctioning Fake MJ autographs in their upcoming auction...

I promise that I made all search possible, everything I could and went through hell searching and there is NO Markus Chaplain nor Southland Collectors CD company every registered anywhere on this earth.

Here are the HORRIBLE MISTAKES in this certiﬁcate :

Line 2 : "FOLLOWING ARTICLES" (Do you guys really say ARTICLES to mention such items?).

Line 5 : "WE BELEIVE THAT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS" (Typing mistakes).

Line 7 : "WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSSINESS AND LOOK" (Typing mistakes).

Now, does any of you know JJA John James Adams Authentication...? (You can search everywhere online, you won't ﬁnd anything about JJA).

Obviously not, but you may know the company JSA James Spence Authentication JSA Ofﬁcial Website which is a real company.

Well Jason Makris faked a company and copied everything from JSA!

Even their Tagline : FOLLOW THE LEADER and their Signature!! How sick!!!!

When I expressed my concerned about him on a Michael Jackson Collector Fan Forum, Fans got alarmed and noticed they bought items from Makris, They checked out all of their items including their Certiﬁcates. They noticed everything was fake, even RIAA Gold and Platinum records had Canadian Labels instead of American Ones!!! When we exposed him, he got so scared that he refunded immediatly all the fans complaining! Why would you refund the gold records if they were real??

I even noticed that he was buying fake clothes from eBay seller celebrity-clothing-superstore...:

Makris gave lots of items to big auction house to be sold, and they were sold as real!

THIS MUST STOP AND I WANT EVERYONE TO BE CAREFUL!

There are so much to show, but I can't put everything, but I'm open for a discussion here.

No one wants to believe when they have been duped. Its an awful feeling. Unfortunately I believe I have been a victim here also. I bought a pair of Victory Tour sunglasses from him. I should have sent them back when his stories were getting mixed up. They are a perfect match to the ones sold at Juliens that sold for 60,000. What is going on.? No other glasses have sold that much at Juliens or anywhere else. So tell me why those ones did? This guy is not just a small time scammer- This is HUGE and I think you have posted great evidence to this.
