The Committee is requested to note that the following applications have been agreed in accordance with the Chief Officers Delegated Authority.

The Committee is requested to determine the following applications:

1. Mr Michael Paxman – Learn As One.

Application for a Street Collection Permit to collect on Saturday 16th January 2010 in the City Centre area of Cardiff on behalf of Learn As One.

2. Aastha Gupta – READ International.

Application for a Street Collection Permit to collect between Wednesday 3rd and Saturday 6th February 2010 in the City Centre area of Cardiff on behalf of READ International.

3. Mrs Olena Romanyshyn – Children Our Future.

Application for a House to House Collection Permit to collect in the whole of the city in January, March, April, May, August, October and December 2010 on behalf of Children Our Future.

The Committee is requested to note that the following applications have been agreed in accordance with the Chief Officers Delegated Authority.

1. Miss Emma Louise Bennetts – Bobath Childrens Therapy Centre .

Street Collection Permit granted to collect on Saturday 21st November 2009 in Whitchurch Village on behalf of Bobath Childrens Therapy Centre Wales.

2. Mr Iwan Lewis & Miss Rebecca Leakey – BBC Children In Need.

Street Collection Permit granted to collect on Friday 20th November 2009 in the City Centre on behalf of BBC Children in Need.

3. Mr Salah Aboulgasem – Islamic Relief

House to House Collection Permit granted to collect between 1st January 2010 and 30th November 2010 in the Roath, , Grangetown & Riverside areas on behalf of Islamic Relief.

4. Major Ian McBride – Salvation Army

Street Collection Permit granted to collect on Thursday 26th November 2009 and Saturday 28th November in the City Centre and Whitchurch areas on behalf of The Salvation Army.
