Bethlehem Central's Model Congress representatives were host to nearly 200 delegates from 24 schools at the Capitol in Albany March 2-3 (see story in last week's Spotlight and Vox Pop, this issue). More than 175 visitors were housed in Bethlehem homes during the committee sessions and general sessions in the Assembly and Senate chambers.

Trained volunteers from the Tri-Village Welcome Wagon Club will be sponsoring the program for the 13th consecutive year. Under the direction of Dr. Stephen J. Sills, ophthalmologist, and Mrs. Marge Gilmour, an Albany Association of the Blind volunteer, the volunteers will screen children 3-5 for the disorder sometimes called "lazy eye blindness."
