Further give notice that the following provisions of that Act now apply in case of sale or inheritance of the above mentioned resource. (11) the owner of an historic resource that is subject to an order under subsection (1) shall at least 30 days prior to the sale or any other disposition of the historic resource, serve notice of the proposed or other disposition upon the Minister, (12) when a person inherits an historic resource that is subject to an order under subsection (1), that person shall notify the Minister of the inheritance within 15 days of the historic resource being transferred to him.
