Some of these data have been published, but the majority have not. Previously unpublished data are presented in this study, providing a list of 58 insect species from 4 orders, 15 families and 45 genera. For each insect, the locality, date of collecting, as well as the species of oak on which it was collected are listed. KEY WORDS : fauna, bark borer, wood borer, natural enemy Introduction Forest decline is a great problem in Serbia. One of the most important causes of this phenomenon is the presence of vascular fungi of the genus Ophiostoma H. & P. Sydow (Ophiostomatales: Ophiostomataceae) (Karadžić & Marković, 1996; Golubović-Ćurguz et al. , 2014). Developing in the conducting vessels of attacked trees, they cause clogging, which results in death. The most important transmitter of their spores is the oak bark beetle Scolytus intricatus (Ratzeburg, 1837) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae). -

Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level. -

Na osnovu člana 191. Zakona o vodama („Službeni glasnik RS”, br. 30/10, 93/12 i 101/16) i člana 42. stav 1. Zakona o Vladi („Službeni glasnik RS”, br. 55/05, 71/05 – ispravka, 101/07, 65/08, 16/11, 68/12 – US, 72/12, 7/14 – US i 44/14), Vlada donosi UREDBU o visini naknada za vode "Službeni glasnik RS", broj 14 od 23. februara 2018. 1 . Uvodna odredba Član 1. Ovom uredbom utvrđuje se visina naknade za korišćenje voda, naknade za ispuštenu vodu, naknade za odvodnjavanje, naknade za korišćenje vodnih objekata i sistema i naknade za izvađeni rečni nanos, u skladu sa kriterijumima utvrđenim Zakonom o vodama. 2 . Naknada za korišćenje voda Član 2. Naknada za korišćenje voda utvrđuje se u visini, i to za: 1 ) sirovu vodu koja se koristi za pogonske namene 0,2762 dinara po 1 m ³ vode; 2 ) vodu kvaliteta za piće koja se koristi za svoje potrebe 0,3782 dinara po 1 m ³ vode; 3 ) vodu koja se koristi za navodnjavanje: (1 ) ako postoji uređaj za merenje količine isporučene vode 0,1132 dinara po 1 m ³ vode, (2 ) ako ne postoji uređaj za merenje količine isporučene vode 679,1678 dinara po hektaru; 4 ) vodu koja se koristi za uzgoj riba u: (1 ) hladnovodnim ribnjacima , ako postoji uređaj za merenje količine isporučene vode,0,0227 dinara po m ³ vode, a ako ne postoji mogućnost merenja količine isporučene vode prema projektovanom kapacitetu zahvaćene vode na vodozahvatu, (2 ) toplovodnim ribnjacima 5.659,7321 dinar po hektaru ribnjaka, (3 ) ribnjacima za sportski ribolov 2.829,8661 dinar po hektaru ribnjaka; 5 ) vodu za piće koja se sistemom javnog vodovoda -

Trifunovic MIGRATION PROCESSES AND DEMOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE IN THE EASTERN BORDERLANDS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA University of Kragujevac, Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences, Jagodina, Department of Humanities, 14, M. Mijalković, Jagodina, 35 000, Republic of Serbia [email protected] Abstract. Throughout the 20th century until today, Serbian society has been faced with the consequences of the lack of the development policy that would create a context of equal conditions for stronger economic, social and cultural development of different regions of the Republic of Serbia. Some of the effects of such a development policy at the beginning of the 21st century are strong migration processes that «drain» the young working population, particularly from the eastern borderlands, from the country. Migrations «associated» with decades of low birth rates trend lead to the quiet disappearance of the population in border municipalities such as Kladovo and the culture they are holding. The paper highlights the importance of creating a development policy that would rehabilitate the consequences of decades of regional disparities in the development of Serbia. The creators of the so-called contemporary Serbian society, if they intend to offer sustainable strategies, in addition to economic, social, cultural, ecological and other discourse, must include the demographic one. Each of these discourses has its important role in the overall development of the society. However, the unfavorable demographic structure can stop it. -

Local Communities and Management of Protected Areas in Serbia Authors: Biljana Macura, Dragana Bojovic, Ivana Petric, Nada Cosic, Miroslav Tadic, Ivan Jaric, Jelena Knezevic, Jovanka Spiric and Milos Jaric May, 2010 Abstract In Serbia’s eastern Carpathian region, Djerdap National Park is the country’s largest. It is an important refugial habitat extremely rich in biodiversity and cultural heritage, but one with considerable social and economic problems that can be traced back to the construction of a dam and the largest hydropower plant system on the Danube River. In fact, a complex combination of factors, including river damming and subsequent National Park designation, have affected the local cultural heritage and ecosystems, and contributed to the depopulation and impoverishment of the now aging local community. In addition, further devastation was visited upon the locality by the economic crises in Serbia in the 1990s. Sustainable national park management practices are needed. However, their design must incorporate active community participation in decision-making and planning for the sustainable use of ecosystem services and development of ethno-tourism, if trends in rural emigration and depopulation are to be reversed and the national park is to be protected in line with sustainability principles. Introduction In 1972 the Iron Gate Dam, 1278 m long and 60 m high (AQUAPROIECT 2003) was built on the border of Serbia (Figure 1 ) and Romania, flooding 12 settlements over an area of 14 500 ha and transforming the local way of life forever.
