10/12/2015 2016 FIA WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION FOR ALL POTENTIAL ENTRANTS CONCERNING SEASON ENTRIES Dear Competitors, We are pleased to inform you that: 1. The definitive version of the Sporting Regulations of the FIA World Endurance Championship will be available via the following webpage from 18 December at the latest: http://www.fia.com/Regulations/regulation/fia-world-endurance-championship-118 2. ENTRY FORM PROCESS Two Stages: 1. Create your personal account on the following link: wecrequestaccount.fia.com. This stage is mandatory. You cannot access to the online entry form if you do not have your personal username and password. 2. The online entry form (wecentryforms.fia.com) will be accessible from 18 December 2015. Full instructions will be available via the FIA website at that date (page dedicated to the FIA World Endurance Championship) as soon as possible. o Opening date for “season” entries (manufacturers & teams) : 18 December 2015, o Closing date for “season” entries (manufacturers & teams): 25 January 2016, midnight. o Endurance Selection Committee meeting: End of January/Beginning of February. o Team entry fees (total amount except Le Mans 24h to be added): 120.000,00 € (exc. VAT) per car. 1 / 2 10/12/2015 Among the information which must IMPERATIVELY appear on your entry application: - A confirmation that the applicant, in his own name and in the name of every person involved in his participation in the Championship, has read and understood the Code, the technical regulations and the sporting regulations, and undertakes to respect them. - The name of the competitor (as set out on the licence). The name of a manufacturer/tuner or the designation of the model of the car entered can be associated with that of the competitor. The name of a sponsor can also be associated, with the agreement of the FIA. - A copy of the competitor’s licence issued by your ASN. - Copies of the drivers’ licences, if these have been announced at the moment of entry. - The make and model of the car(s) and tyres used. - A copy of your bank transfer for the total amount of the entry fee (except if you have requested a delayed payment for a second car entry in the same category as per art 3.3.3 b). - The entry form for the “staff” of the competitor as required by the International Sporting Code (will be sent later). 4. The on-line form for the eligibility of the drivers (according to the criteria set out in the sporting regulations) is available via the following link: http://www.fia.com/fia-driver-categorisation 5.
