This is because the Greater Dundee Housing Market Area covers all of Dundee City Council area and parts of Angus, Fife and Perth HOUSING & Kinross Council areas. As such there is no alternative single LAND AUDIT statement of land supply for the whole of this housing market DUNDEE area. 2015 Housing Land Audit 2015 This audit has been developed in response to an action in July 2015 ANGUS HOUSING LAND AUDIT 2015 TAYplan’s Proposed Action Programme (May 2015): ‘Prepare annual composite Housing Land Audits for the Greater Dundee Housing Market Area’. The information provided in this audit has been sourced from the most up to date information published in the 2015 Housing Published data relevant to Greater Dundee Land Audits of Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Fife Council Housing Marker Area and Perth & Kinross Council. This audit therefore represents a composite/collation of the respective published information relating to the Greater Dundee Housing Market Area as at March 2015 (see diagram to the right). Greater Dundee Housing Market Area The audit is an important source of information for the monitoring Housing Land Audit of the Approved TAYplan Strategic Development Plan 2012 and as at March 2015 the Proposed TAYplan Strategic Development Plan 2015. This Greater Dundee Housing Market Area Housing Land Audit is sourced from information that has been prepared in line with the Scottish Planning Policy (SPP, 2014) and PAN 2/2010: Affordable Housing and Housing Land Audits (August 2010). There are 11 housing market areas in the area covered by The largest settlement is the Dundee Core Area. It is the functional TAYplan. The Greater Dundee Housing Market Area is the only area of Dundee and also covers more than one council area. It one to cover more than one council area. It is also the largest, includes all of Dundee City Council’s administrative area; Monifieth being home to over 190,000 people - around two fifths of all and Muirhead/ Birkhill in Angus; Invergowrie in Perth & Kinross; and, people in the TAYplan Area.
