Regional Weather Inference And Forecast Tuesday, 11 July 2017 Morning Issue Time : 11.30 Hrs. IST Meteorological Analysis (Based on 0830 Hrs IST Observations) Weather Watch :- Very heavy rainfall occured at isolated places over West Madhya Pradesh. Heavy rainfall occured at isolated places over Chhattisgarh.Thunderstorm observad at isolated places over Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. Very light to moderate rainfall occurred at most places over Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh and at few places over West Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha. Monsoon Watch :- The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) continues to pass through Lat. 26.0 °N / Long. 70.0°E, Barmer, Sikar, Sonipat, Shimla, Una, Jammu and Lat.32.5°N / Long. 74.5°E. Inference:- Under the influence of the cyclonic circulation over western parts of Bihar & neighbourhood a low pressure area has formed over East Uttar Pradesh & neighbourhood. Associated upper air cyclonic circulation extends upto 5.8 Km above mean sea level. It is likely to become well marked low pressure area during next 24 hours.The trough at mean sea level from north Punjab to northwest Bay of Bengal, now runs from Punjab to northwest Bay of Bengal across centre of low pressure area over East Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal. The east- west shear zone roughly along north of Latitude 13.0°N at 5.8 km above mean sea level has become less marked. The upper air cyclonic circulation over southwest Rajasthan & neighbourhood now lies over West Rajasthan & neighbourhood and extends between 3.6 km and 5.8 km above mean sea level. The upper air cyclonic circulation over south Pakistan & adjoining Kutch, now lies over Kutch & neighbourhood and extends between 2.1 km and 3.1 km above mean sea level.The off-shore trough at mean sea level now extends from south Maharashtra coast to north Kerala coast. Khajuraho recorded the highest maximum temparature of 39.1 degree celsius. Nowgong recorded the Lowest minimum temperature of 18.7 degree celsius.
