Year of St. Joseph Day Of Prayer

Historic St. Joseph , located across from Eastern Market in Detroit at 1828 Jay St. and under the care of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest, will again hold its annual Day of Prayer on its Patronal Feast Day, Friday, March 19, the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary. A full day of religious activities is planned from 7 am to 10 pm including Holy Masses at 8 am, High at Noon & 7 pm with the Cappella Choir & Chant Schola. There is also scheduled all day Private Confession, of Relic, Divine Office, Novena Prayers, Guided Tours, 3 pm Stations of the Cross, 4 pm Classical Music Concert, 5 pm Solemn Public Procession to Eastern Market.
