• 9 completed certifications including the first project double-Platinum certified in Vietnam, the first LEED Gold project and first LEED-certified Retail, Core and Shell and Existing buildings in Vietnam, as well as the first 3 LOTUS projects (the Vietnamese regional certification system). • 8 Ongoing projects including the first triple-certification project in Vietnam (LEED, WELL and LOTUS) • Clients include the United Nation’s first certified HQ, Nike (various factories), banks (84-storey office building, 42 storey mix-used building), large multi-residential housing developers, pre-schools, resorts, universities and healthcare
