President Obama told media outlets that all United States troops will be out of Iraq by the end of the year, after a nine- year war in the country. “After nine years, America's war in Iraq will be over,” President Barack Obama said. “As we mark this important milestone, we’re moving into a new phase in our relationship between the United States and Iraq. As of January 1, and in keeping with our strategic framework agreement with Iraq, it will be a normal relationship between two sovereign nations.” According to President Obama, the withdrawal of troops will begin immediately. With most of the troops going home by the holidays. Only a small number of troops will remain after December 31, to guard the United States Embassy, which is the biggest U.S. Embassy in the world. The G-Unit affiliate was originally arrested in January of 2011, while sitting in a parked Range Rover with several of his associates. Prosecutors in the area had received a gang injunction against 40 and other alleged members of the Colton City Crips, who allegedly frequently gather in the Arbor Terrace apartment complex to sell drugs and commit other. A search of the Range Rover uncovered a loaded 9mm handgun, along with a magazine in the glove compartment. All four men in the vehicle were arrested and charged with gang involvement and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place. 40, whose bail was set at 100,000, has beaten the case and all charges have been dismissed, due to lack of evidence. "They finally let me breathe for one second. I feel like all I do is fight for my rights and I'm persecuted for it," 40 told AllHipHop.com in a statement. "Not to mention a million liars out there hating for the fun of it. This is my life and I take it very serious; I'm on a mission to uplift myself and my people and anyone that challenges, sets themselves up for a problem." Due to his legal troubles, 40 has pushed back his new album "Big Bad 4-0: New World Agenda to December 6. " The gun charge has been burdening both me and my Zoo Babies for quite some time," 40 explained. "The worst thing that can happen to you is have someone wrongfully accuse you and you have to pay a debt for a sloppy lie. From here on in, my fans, my supporters and my believers can rely on me to fight for my music to hit the top of the charts." Rick Ross' Health Concerns Rick Ross' health continues to be a concern, as the Maybach Music Group boss has canceled yet another upcoming concert set for this weekend. Rick Ross was supposed to hit the stage at Georgia State University's homecoming on October 21, but was forced to cancel the shows, as he recuperates from the two seizures he had on October 14. " We are disappointed he had to cancel, but completely understand that Rick Ross needs to take care of himself at this time. We hope he is better soon. " concerts director George F. Baker III said in a statement. "It takes 8-12 weeks of work to negotiate availability, fees and contracts to just schedule a concert. We could never find a new artist in three days and be able to sell tickets and promote it effectively." This cancellation makes three as Rick Ross was forced to cancel a pair of shows last weekend. The first one was when Rick Ross was supposed to perform in Memphis, Tennessee, but was forced to cancel the show after he suffered a seizure on a Delta Airlines flight leaving from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Shortly after he was released from the hospital for his first seizure Rick Ross suffered another shortly after takeoff on a private jet. The private jet was forced to land in Birmingham, Alabama. There Rick Ross was treated at a local hospital. Rick Ross also canceled a show in Greensboro, North Carolina.
