Hbo real sex episode guide Continue Game of Thrones is one of those shows that you are ready (though not emotionally) exactly in airtime. For us Indian fans, this means waking up at an unholy hour just to be the first to witness where the search for the throne is headed. Blink and you may miss something important right? Turns out everyone had the same idea. HBO I've always thought of a few episode leaks and the threat of spoilers to be some sort of massive conspiracy to get viewers hooked up on the show. For eight seasons, fans had no choice but to get on the nearest streaming platform and watch the episode to make spoilers, well, spoil the fun. Perhaps that's why Game of Thrones always manages to bring in large numbers with each premiere and finals record. And now, they've done it again. SEE ALSO: The Game of Thrones finale episode took some very wrong twists of the finale episode, Iron Throne had 19.3 million viewers on HBO with an initial viewing of 13.6 million recorded according to a report in The Hollywood Reporter. This includes numbers from THE TV broadcast, HBO Go and HBO Now. It's a great record for the channel. It easily whizzes past its own 18.4 million viewers' past 18.4 million viewers on the fifth episode of season 8. Bells. Before Game of Thrones came out with its final season, HBO's highest-profile record was held by The Sopranos, which premiered in Season 4 with 13.4 million views. They broke the record by a huge margin! HBO Irrational conspiracy theories aside, there's a lot that adds to the numbers on the viewing charts. Game of Thrones has been a pretty consistent fantasy show. Between King's Landing and Winterfell, many intriguing, edge-of-the- seat events have gone down, and it wouldn't be a stretch to call it one of the most eye-catching shows. The Indian fan base is a perfect example of how much appreciation it deserves (hate rants last season aside). Indian fans broke records too, being one of the biggest chunks of viewers of the hit TV show. Fans are among the top five viewers of Game of Thrones. According to an Instagram press release, India is the only Asian country in the top five on Instagram, and it's just one social media platform. Unfortunately, India is also the place that had 10 million pirate downloads for the premiere episode. HBO's Watchmen series quickly became one of television's hottest series, and the show based on the groundbreaking comic book series shows no signs of slowing down. Episode 1 of Watchmen was filled with appeals for its source material and clues about where the story is headed, and subsequent episodes have offered even more Easter eggs and mysteries for fans to ponder. The show's creator Damon Lindelof gave audiences plenty to absorb in the hit series, so we're deeply immersed in some of the key comic references, Easter eggs, and story hints in each episode. Here's what you might have missed in episode 6. (Note: Plot details from the last episode of Watchmen will be discussed below, so make sure you catch up with the series to avoid spoilers.) A summary of Fresh Off getting arrested for concealing the identity of Judd Crawford's killer, Angela Abar ingests a whole bottle of memory of her grandfather Will Reeves - in pill form - and going through the experience that led him to the tree where Crawford was hanged. She learns that her grandfather, who survived the Tulsa massacre in 1921, became a costumed vigilante known as the Hooded Judge, after he was terrorized by members of the Ku Klux Klan and white supremacists, some of the same police forces he served in. She experiences his early years with the Minutemen, his romance with fellow vigilante Captain Metropolis, and his disappointment that even as the most famous avenger in America, the color of his skin kept him isolated and endangered. Learning about the circumstances that separated her grandfather from her own son (her father), and how Reeves used a device made by the clan to kill Crawford decades later, Angela finds her way back into her mind and memories, and wakes up in a room with the mysterious Lady Trier. The nostalgia drug Angela takes in the episode is essentially a distilled memoir, supposedly created to help the elderly, whose memory begins to let them back their story. It's a clever plot device that allows her - and audience - to learn about her grandfather's life and provides basic revelations about the identity of the very first costumed vigilante, Hood Justice. If the name of the drug sounds familiar to fans of the watchmen comic, it's because nostalgia was also the name of Adrian Weidt's popular unisex cosmetics line in the history of the timeline. Almost every major comic book character is seen to use it at one time or another - even Rorschach. According to the themes of the episode, Weidt's nostalgia perfume was marketed as a scent-inducing force of the past, and lingering long after the man wearing it had gone. It doesn't take much metaphorical leap to connect the nostalgia of comics of The Drug Nostalgia in this episode, how Angela eventually learns that her present is inextricably linked to her grandfather's past. Super Man At one point in the episode, Will Reeves is seen walking down the street after getting his police badge, and pausing to talk to a newsagent operator reading a copy of Action Comics #1. The owner of a newsagent describes the plot of the famous comic, who introduced the world to a boy from an alien planet, whom his parents sent to Earth before the planet explodes, and will grow one of the greatest heroes in the world. The parallels between Will's own story and Superman's story are quite clear, and we see the original idea that inspired him to wear a mask and fight injustice. In the Comic Watchmen, it was the original Nite Owl, Hollis Mason, who began his career as a police officer and was eventually inspired to become a masked crimefighter after reading the action of Comics #1 and seeing Hood Justice in action. The episode series seems to combine the origins of the two characters, finding common ground in their experiences, but offering a much darker spin on what really pushed Will Reeves to become a fierce vigilante. With Justice's hooded in the watchmen comic, the true identity of hooded Justice has never been revealed, though Hollis Mason has written a popular tell-all novel under the hood that hinted at who he - and the rest of the Minutemen - considers him. This episode finally pulls the mask off this mystery, but only after a few narrative feints along the way. At the beginning of the series, it was suggested that Hood Justice was a circus force that was eventually killed. American Hero Story, a series-in-series playing out during the show explores that angle, with episode three unmasking Hooded Justice early on on to show an unnamed character played by actor Cheyenne Jackson. Later we learn how far from the truth that though, as his own, Will's painful story is revealed, and with it the true identity of the Hood of Justice. How the elder Will is still alive in the current timeline of the Watchmen, as well as his connection to Lady Trieu and the grand plan she has for the Millennium Hours and other mysterious elements, remains to be seen. However, where we find Angela in the final moments of the episode suggests that we will probably learn some of the answers to these questions soon.
