Amiga games supporting four joysticks Compiled by Christoph Gutjahr Licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License Please report changes and additions to the original author This is a list of all (?) Amiga games that support four joysticks. Forget about LANs and multiple high-specced machines - some of these titles are simply terrific. If you have additions or corrections, don't hesitate to tell me. To actually connect four joysticks to your Amiga, you need a special adapter. At the time of writing (August 2014), these adapters are still available from some dealers. But if you know how to handle a soldering iron, the hardware is very easy to built yourself – instructions for creating your own adapter are included at the end of this document. For more information about a particular entry, click on the game's title – this will lead you to the excellent Amiga games database 'Hall of Light'. If a game is available for legal download somewhere on the net, a link to the download site will be listed at the end of the entry. To build the adaptor, you will need two 9 Pin D-Sub male connectors, one 25 Pin D-Sub male connector and a bit of wiring. The following two pictures show how the pins on the connectors are numbered when viewed from rear, i.e. when looking at the backside of the connector – the side that the wires are soldered to. To build the adaptor, just connect the pins as described below. The two 9 Pin D-Sub male connectors are connected to the additional joysticks, the 25 Pin D-Sub male connector connects to the parallel port.
