Thereafter, the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details.
2. The development hereby approved shall be implemented in accordance with the recommended 6 mitigation measures contained in Table 7 and Sections 7.2 to 7.8 of the document titled Extended Phase 1 Habitat Survey dated 26th March 2021 by Caledonian Conservation, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the planning authority.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the planning authority, the access, car parking spaces and turning areas annotated on the approved Site Development Layout plan shall have been completed and be available for use before the first occupation of the respective bothies hereby approved.
4. The use of the 8 bothies hereby approved shall be used solely for holiday and tourism purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, this permission does not authorise the use of any of the bothies as the sole or main place of residence for any of their occupants.
5. Before any works start on site, details of a method statement shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, which shall facilitate monitoring by the planning authority of occupancy by individual tenants or occupiers, allowing access to letting or lease records to ensure compliance with Condition 4 above.
6. In the event that any bothy remains unoccupied for its approved use for a continuous period of 12 months or more, it shall be removed and the site reinstated to its original condition within 3 months from the date of removal, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the planning authority.

Forestry and Land Scotland have publicised the opening of a public consultation period to inform the finalisation of the Glen Devon and Glen Sherup Forest Land Management Plan. This runs from 5th July to 15th August 2021. Further details are contained in the text below which includes a link to the consultation webpage.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing COVID restrictions we are not able to hold a face-to-face meeting. As an alternative a number of documents have been uploaded to the FLS plan consultation web page for you to review, including a short interactive presentation to aid interpretation of the material supplied.
