The Health Foundation for Western and Central New York is an independent private foundation whose mission is to improve the health and health care of the people of western and central New York.

We invest in, and partner with, organizations and communities to spark lasting positive change in health and health care, with a special focus on young children, vulnerable older adults and the systems serving them.
