New Parks to explore, old ones to cherish, and new ones being planned; Parks & Recreation welcome to Collier County! Administration Our newest Park—the Gordon River Greenway is slated to open this fall. North Collier Regional Park Look elsewhere in the guide for an in-depth review of the history of the park and its creation. 15000 Livingston Road Barefoot Beach Preserve was named by Dr. Beach as the #2 Beach in the country. Who knew? I’ll tell you who, we did and many of us for a long time have known about the beauty of this location. The Naples, FL 34109 Friends of Barefoot Beach, maintenance staff associated with Parks and Recreation, and our Beach (239) 252-4000 Rangers are responsible for making this one of the best beach destinations in the country. Kudos as well to our State Partners at Delnor-Wiggins State Park for being the #10 best beach in the country. Regarding new parks, plans are underway to complete the Donna Fiala Community Center at Eagle www.collierparks.com Lakes Community Park. Soon, East Naples will have a community center to call their own. The center will have a complement of parks and recreation staff to complement the existing community Park. The Community Center was championed by the Board of County Commissioners over the years and leading the effort--Commissioner

The communication, technically referred to as connectivity, between single-neurons, is the center of many investigations aimed at elucidating pathophysiology, anatomical differences, and structural and functional features. In comparison with bulk analysis, single-neuron analysis can provide precise information about neurons or even sub-neuron level electrophysiology, anatomical differences, pathophysiology, structural and functional features, in addition to their communications with other neurons, and can promote essential information to understand the brain and its activity. This review highlights various single-neuron models and their behaviors, followed by different analysis methods. Again, to elucidate cellular dynamics in terms of electrophysiology at the single-neuron level, we emphasize in detail the role of single-neuron mapping and electrophysiological recording. We also elaborate on the recent development of single-neuron isolation, manipulation, and therapeutic progress using advanced micro/nanofluidic devices, as well as microinjection, electroporation, microelectrode array, optical transfection, optogenetic techniques.

European research is developing new types of ship to fulfill this demand. AEu- ropean project, SEABUS-HYDAER, is developing a completely new concept in marine transport: a hybrid between a plane and a ship. Al- though Seabus never leaves the water, most of its lift power is provided by its wings. This gives it the capacity to travel very fast.
