OSU has provided answers below to each question, but the RFP or contract documents have not been modified as a result. Q1. How many buildings are to be considered within the scope of work (i.e. what is the volume of buildings to be taken into account)? A1. All of the buildings (and other venues) to be found on the OSU Corvallis central 520-acre campus that are occupied by humans. Are you expecting a pre-built tool or to include building the tool in the scope of work? A3. OSU is willing to entertain options for either. Q4. Do you want this tool to integrate with existing OSU databases? A4. No. Q5. What are your expectations for reporting functionality and user interface within the tool? A5. No reporting for functionality nor user interface is required. Q6. Who will the users of the tool be (specifically, which job titles)? A6. All OSU students, faculty, staff. Q7. What are your expectations for training required to use the tool? A7. No training required. Page 2 Q8. What data on building-level energy consumption and building-level water consumption do you currently have and in what format? Is it publicly available? A8. The scope of work includes developing the model with OSU-provided data on energy and water use by building. Q9. What work have you done already to identify opportunities for efficiency and demand response? A9. On an individual system and building level - much work. Q10. Are you looking for an assessment at the equipment, building or portfolio level in order to inform your recommendations for capital maintenance, deferred maintenance, building renewal criteria and policy options to achieve energy conservation? A10. Not at this time. Q11. Do you have an asset management software platform or have you ever done an asset inventory (and if so, please describe)? A11. No. Q11. Does this scope of work include an examination of on- and off-road vehicle fleet equipment? A11. No. Entities are not required to return addendums with their offers but are responsible to make themselves aware of, obtain and incorporate into their final offer any information contained in addendums. Failure to do so may make the offer non-responsive and cause it to be rejected. Page 3 .
