Hope and Healing Program Your mental health is important. If the coronavirus or current events are causing you to feel anxious or overwhelmed, contact Somerset County Hope and Healing services at 908-231-6414. The program is available at no cost for people who live or work in Somerset County. This Crisis Counseling Program is offered by Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center in collaboration with the New Jersey Department of Human Services’ Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. It is funded through FEMA/SAMHSA.
