We encourage all BAYADA staff to take advantage of any opportunity to safely get vaccinated from any state Department of Health, hospital, or pharmacy (CVS, , or ) before vaccinations are available through our /CVS partnership.

To schedule a COVID vaccine via the CVS Pharmacy app, you can download the app it for free on the App Store or Google Play, or can text “App” to CVS-APP (287-277). If you already have the app downloaded on your smartphone or tablet, you may need to update the app first if you haven’t done so in a while.

Summary of who is still eligible to get the vaccine right now through 4/6/21

• Persons 50+ years of age or older • Health care personnel • Long-term care staff or resident • Persons 16 – 64 with high or moderate-risk health conditions • Frontline essential and other essential workers including educators or school staff, child care worker, first responders, food service, construction, transportation (those with greatest risk based on inability to work from home, frequency of contact with public, age and underlying health factors will be eligible sooner) • Anyone eligible in previous phases or groups who has not yet received a vaccine.

Phase 1C:
