Quick Reference Guide Skype for Business Microsoft Office 2013: Setting Up Meetings Getting Started Meet Now is a way to begin a Skype for Business meeting immediately without calling or e-mailing participants. 1. Once logged in, click Meet Now near the top of the Skype for Business window.
On the Join Meeting Audio screen, choose Use Skype for Business and click OK. An appointment window opens, with a hyperlink for you or other participants to join the meeting. (NOTE: new appointment defaults to current date and time. Reset as needed.) 1. Add desired attendees in the “To” box. 2. Add any personal message and click Send.
Adding Participants 1. To add participants, choose Invite More People, then select someone from your contact list or type a name in the Search box and press Enter. 2. If the person is logged in and has listed himself or herself as Available, s/he will receive a call (computer ringtone) from Skype with your meeting invitation. Conversation Box 3.
