NEWS BRIEFS Cassville to reapply for Trail Improvement Grant The City of Cassville will apply again this year to the Missouri Recreational Trail Program for grant funding to construct new or improved multi use trails. Last year’s application was not selected, however the City was invited to reapply and to devise a project that put more emphasis on trails as opposed to amenities. An integral part of the application is soliciting and docu- menting community feedback on the project. This will be accomplished using an online survey that will also give the public an opportunity to help select which project is submitted for the grant and possible construction. The survey is available online at https://www.surveymon- key.com/r/3JGSLBH or can be accessed through the City’s web site at www.cityofcassville.com.
