Whether graduates are going to be working, attending graduate school, seeking employment or not seeking, volunteering, serving in the military, our goal is to obtain the most thorough and accurate picture we can of the post-graduation activities of every class. Method In accordance with the guidance of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), we define the Class of 2019 as those who earned undergraduate degrees from Le Moyne College between July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019. Some of what we know about the post-graduation outcomes of the members of the Class of 2019 come from their responses to our online survey. We invited them to take the survey beginning in August 2019 and continued collecting responses through December 2019. In addition to our survey, we got data on the Class of 2019 from employers, faculty/staff, LinkedIn, the National Student Clearinghouse, and from other Le Moyne surveys. By combining data from all of these sources, we were able to account for the post-graduation outcomes of 86% of 2019 graduates. 1 Class of 2019 | Primary Post-Graduation Outcomes Outcomes Rate The outcomes rate is the percentage of the class who is either working, attending graduate school, serving in the military, or volunteering 96% full time.
